The tram was dimly lit, it was an older one, that had fallen somewhat into disrepair. It was still however operable. That much was obvious due to the sounds of the tram clattering along. There were only a handful of people on the train. The driver, a tramp passed out on the seat, a young couple, on their way back from a romantic night out and a seemingly young man, sat in one of the patches of shadow created by the broken tram lights. Noqu scoped the train. He was torn between two options. He could either depart with the couple and deal with them as he followed them, or he could wait to see who got on the tram at the next stop. He could only attack now if the tram broke down, and despite the shabby state of this particular tram, he could not bank on that for a meal. What was more, that was hardly his style. He preferred the element of surprise achieved by sneak attack.
Vampires were often found on the trams on such nights as these, doing the same as Noqu. He never knew, it may be a vampire who got on at the next stop. The muffled voice of the driver crackled through the radio. Next stop.... the stop name was inaudible. However Noqu saw the couple rise from their seat. He would let them live this night out. Some people were sure to get on the tram at the upcoming stop. The tram screeched somewhat and it ground to a standstill as the station, followed the hissing noise of the doors opening. The next noise following this was the sound of a single individual getting on the train, however whether they were a vampire or a meal, Noqu could not yet tell
.
Torie tapped her foot, waiting for the next train irritabley as she snatched off her headphones and stuffed them into her backpack and zipped it up, swinging the back over her shoulders. She had nowhere to be really, but she hated waiting. Her eyelashes fluttered as the lights hit her eyes, announcing the fact she'd only have to wait a little longer. No big deal. She ran a hand through her short bands, letting her unpolished nails run against her scalp sharply. Not many people were on tonight, it seemed. Only an eldlerly woman and a little girl accompanying her could be seen expecting to board. Others were genuinley uninterested, going about their own beissiness, whether shady things or just trying to get out of the place.
Torie stepped up and into the lights, slipping herself out of the way. She scanned the small area quickly, careless until she met the gaze of a male standing there, watching as she and the two females, young and old, boarded behind her. She flashed a crooked grin, and mumbled a quick 'Hi!' before sitting down, leaning back in a lazy fashion, somewhere above a slouch but below sitting very strait. The air was slightly fresher in here, or crisper. It was cold, she realised, rubbing her palms together absently and watching the walls flash past the opposite window. She let out a shaky breath before regaining herself, closing her eyes to thik of something--anything-- warm. Her cat? She grinned. Actually, the corner of her lips was tugged upwards slightly, as if attached to a string, and then flickered back into place. Something made her think of the gy she had seen, and she let one eye peel open to glance at him with an ininterested curiosity, if that were possible. She frowned at herself, but looked him up and down anyways, not sure what kinda guy she would peg him as. He seemed kinda goth-wanna-be to her, but that might've hust been her irritableside, or what existed of it.
She nodded faintly, as if coming to a conclusion, but still hadn't decided on it. Actually, he creeped her out a bit, as did the openness of the area. She liked darker places, and the lights were light shining a lamp in your eyes. Not very comfortable.
Noqu looked up at the girl as she mumbled something to him. He did not bother trying to decipher what had just been said. He had made the choice not the follow the couple and it looked like it had paid off. Intimidation would be the first step in Noqu's plan. Make all the passengers uneasy. This would not be hard, for the only ones beside the tramp and the girl were an old lady with he grandchild. This would not be to difficult. Reaching into the pocket of his jeans he took out a small but heavy rubber ball and began to throw it hard against the wall of the tram. Catching it each time it came back, and throwing it harder each time. Out of the corner of his eye he saw the old woman clutching her granddaughter, looking at Noqu with both concern and disapproval. This was a perfect excuse. Catching the ball, he stood up and growled in the direction of the old lady. You got a problem?! Noqu was not planning to feed on the old lady, he may have to dispose of her if she got in the way, but he preferred the taste of young flesh. The main point of his activities was to create the atmosphere of unease aboard the tram. The girl seemed the type that would not let tension bother her, but the old lady did. The tension would drive her off the tram, leaving Noqu free to attack.
Lucan had just finshed his study day. He hated his new tutor and was debaiting whether to kill her or not.
He was waiting with a young boy who he had had the lesson with named Traize. He could feel the boy looking at him and turned only to see the boy turn away in shame.
The tram pulled up and he could visably see a male onboard dressed close to his own attire scanning the train. The doors hissed open and a elderly woman darted past him in a somewhat hurry to get off. She moved out of his way and he stepped onto the tram himself. His eyes met with the males in a somewhat get off my tram look. Lucan took no notice to thim and after a few seconds strugged it off and sat at the opposite side of the tram. Lucan then saw a young looking girl who was in the centre of it. He sat back and bega rreading a book but sensed he had just enoyed the male.
