Title: Boredom...
Description: Describing me and my charecter

Altessa - November 2, 2004 05:07 PM (GMT)
The night had taken on a pleasant chill, if chills could be called pleasant. It was crisp, and not as polluted at usual, and the wind circulated the cold outside. Altessa felt rather the opposite of the refreshing breeze. Her mood was sour, for no apparent reason. She entered the library with the littlest amount of sound a mortal could make, moving through the rows of dusty and dustless pages without actual aim or intention. She had just needed a place to be.

Altessa ran her forefinger along the books, skimming the titles boredly. She raised her ehad, looking for hich section she was in, but the mark on her neck throbbed, and she lowered her head again, giving it up for now. She ran her finger along the sore spot now, trying to sooth it. In stretching her neck, she had opened the scab that had begun to form there. Altessa looked back at the shelves, trying to take her mind off of it. She just couldn't stand not knowing what had happened to her.

Out of sheer boredom, Altessa picked out a purple, harback book that she picked randomly from the row. It's protective plastic covering crackled as she opened it, looking over the description inside. Supposedly it was an adventure novel, but 'adventures' never went without romance. Actually, Altessa grinned, action/adventure crap usually had more twists in them than a romance novel did. She tucked the book under her arm, and looked around. There were wooden tables at the front of the library, but she'd much rather stay out of sight for now... Altessa untucked the book, and paced it back on the shelf, unsure if that were its original position. She just shrugged, tugging her green tank-top down over her stomach, so its hem met her jeans. She couldn't have stood wearing her mini-skirt another day, though she did love it. So, olive-green tanktop, gray jacket, blue jeans and tennis shoes were today's fashion tend. Today's Altessa trend...She grinned again, moving to the next row of shelves absently.
