Dear Vital,
I know sometimes activity is hard to come by around here. I understand. But never again will I search for another vampire RPG in an attempt to fill my time and use the muse that (sometimes) visits me. I find myself comparing them to Vital and becoming annoyed when I don't like them.
Oh, Vital, how much do I love thee? Let me count the ways:
You don't require me to find a model, actor, or actress to use for my character's appearance.
You further don't require me to use that model/actor/actress in an avatar or signature.
You don't saddle me with a character limit or activity requirement for the characters that I have.
You allow me to write as bloody, sexy, and graphic posts as I please.
Should you ever fall into permanent inactivity, dear Vital, (and let's hope the hell not!!) I don't think I could ever settle for any other roleplay. I'm picky when it comes to my characters and can rarely find models/actors/actresses that look just how I want them (and, in the interest of being honest, I thing you should be able to use your imagination anyway, which is much more interesting than "my character looks exactly like Johnny Depp *fangirly squealing and faintage ensues*). I'm graphics-challenged and have no idea how to use anything more advanced than Microsoft Paint, so I don't want to take those unwanted images and make signatures/avatars out of them or ask someone else to. I want to make a new character whenever I gaddamn well want to and leave some characters in the bin as long as I'm not motivated to play them. And finally, I am nineteen years old and want to explore topics that may not be suited for tweens or prudes.
In closing, thanks Vital for concentrating on the writing, not graphics or rules.
Sincerely,
Rommy
PS: The above was meant to be entertaining. If you were offended by any of the opinions expressed in the above, please, um, don't be.
hahaha, I hope Vital returns your feelings. I think you two could be very happy together, you crazy kids. =)
