i have not seen anything that mentions this so i will ask the admins.

in some lures of vampires it is said they can change their form into that of an animal. so my question is can they do that on this site?

what i have in mind is when my character was in Japan she learned the art of manipulating her body to form that of a cat's body. in the cat form she would not be able to do anything outside of what a normal cat is capable of, this includes speaking the human language audible. though this form would not grant her any special ablities, such as speaking with other cats. In "shifting" her form she would lose her clothing and anything not part of her body. her cat form would be the same each time it was taken. the main reason for her to take this form was that it was hard for her to at times find a resting place at night, so in order to survive she would become a cat which were normally welcomed in Japanese homes. it could also explain why in Salem they thought witches could take the form of cats.

i have already asked Pandora, and she thought it was not permitted. i am not asking for the admins final say on this matter.

In my years at the site, there has never been an instant where someone's character could do that.

I'll be the admin voice here: no, I don't think transforming is allowed. Istar and Marcus might know better than I do, but I'm pretty sure the answer is no.

it would not necessarily be transforming as much as manipulating cells. which a lot of vampires can do that in one form or another, since they manipulate their cells when they turn to mist or alter their form in any other manner to blend in.

though i do understand why this might be banned from the site.
