I don't remember seein g anything about this in the abilities mentioned in the rules, so I wanted to ask if Vital Vampires can put/use the blood thrall. Like, when they drain someone partway but not enough that death is imminent and then feeds the human some of their blood - resulting in the vampire having some degree of control/influence over the human, but different from mental stuff like command or mesmerize. Or it could enhance the command and mesmerize abilities.

Hmm...hadn't thought about that one before. :heh:

I'm going to say yes, it's possible, but would prefer if its effectiveness/overall strength were limited by distance between the vampire and the mortal, particularly with younger/less powerful vampires.
