It seems as if possibly-controversial topic titles (read: the ones that make sanctimonious posters ambush those they perceive as "noobs") really do attract more people. :rolleyes:

Read the topic title - in essence, it's true. Sort of. I want to rp a male or possibly female character that has very recently been turned - about a week or two or even less. I'd like to have my character sired by a member of the Enashe coven if possible; a sort of 'guide' or 'mentor' to being a vampire (friendly or gruff or... whatever) with perhaps the traditional(ly scandalous) romantic twinge to the relationship. I really haven't even begun thinking of a character since I'm a bit new to this genre of roleplay & I think I shall base my character's personality on that of his/her sire's.

First off, most of us read all the stuff int he Plots area just in case it means more play time.

Secondly... I have been wanting to get Tatiana out and about... She's not really an Enashe, as she was sired way before any covens were formed. But she is a kind, caring and nurturing type and as she's got several traits that she could pass along, you can pick and choose the ones you want. (Convenient huh?)

Uh, but warning, if you want to check her out her profile is rather long, so you might just want to skip the beginning and middle of the history and catch up on the basics and the most recent.

Sigh... my poor attempt at humour has been killed so hard it didn't survive. :(

I'd totally volunteer! ... Except I doubt I have any characters that would work. I mean, if you'd like to look through, feel free, but... haha. Nafretiri would be okay, Emilian wouldn't know how to turn a vampire, and Isidore would be THE biggest jerk ever. And your gal would have to be pretty.

Dread, my advice is to make your character first.
It's easier to plan plots when you know who you're workin' with.

I make most of my plots up. lol. AND you can always post a topic and write open in the description, letting everyone know that anyone can join :D

I would offer you one of my chars- but I have none that fit your qualifications that you described. sorry. :(

anywho- i'm nikki, welcome to vital- but yeah--- I'd make a character first- an if you don't like your character, you can either kill them or make a new one... i have lots. i love them all- and strangely- they are all in play currently. :blink:

Okay, so as far as anyone on here knows, I pretty much went away and died quite awhile back. But, I’ve started to feel extremely guilty (which I just misspelled as quilty – ha!) and I really do want to start writing RPs again. So, if you are still looking for someone, I’d be willing to offer up one of my characters. Maybe not Bo or Clementine, I’d probably suggest Lilla or Eric. They’re both Enashe, and they’re probably my favourites. =)

Oh, and welcome to Vital. Is it okay that I feel kind of hypocritical saying that when I've been gone *forever*?

Why hello there! Well, the thing is, I don't really have a character fully planned out yet... I was going to make one that sort of fit well with a sire if I found one. 9.9 I can't make so many characters... I already have enough trouble with just making one and sticking to his/her personality! Thanks for the welcome, though.

Ha! I know exactly how you feel... I've been mysteriously MIA for the last year or so from a multitude of boards. -nods sagely- I looked through Lilla and Eric's profiles - and Bo & Clementine's as well - and I like Eric's. =) I just have this huge thing against shoulder (or longer) lengthed hair on guys; personal preference, I guess. UNFORTUNATELY I do not think that Eric would be the kind of character I have in mind... =( After all, would he even be able to sire someone as a 3 year old vampire?

That’s kind of funny, only this weekend I realized just how much I liked a shaggy haired boy, courtesy of Max & Jude from Across the Universe.

As for his age, I don’t see any reason why Eric wouldn’t be able to sire a vampire. I hadn’t thought about it when I offered him, I was just thinking of my Enashe characters. As far as I know, and it is entirely possible Kira changed some rules while I was gone, there is no age requirement for making fledglings. I think if anything it’s just that most vampires that age would still be dealing with their own changing and wouldn’t know how/think to try to change another.

If you do decide to go with Eric, be warned, Lilla will most likely appear at least once. She’s an overbearing mother, and if her baby made a baby she’d probably freak. If you're not cool with her you should probably pick someone else. =)

Would it be possible for... hmm... how should I word this? Would it be possible for a love interest between Eric and my character? =) If you're open to that sort of stuff, that is. :suave:

Is your character male or female? Eric is straight, so that would probably work better if your character was female.

Ah, I just reread your original post, and when I looked through it the other night, I misread it. Where you say “I want to rp a male or possibly a female character…” I thought you meant you were looking for a male character to be the sire. Sorry! Eric is like, the only character I have whose sexuality doesn’t flip like a light switch.

If you decided to go with a female character this would work out better, I think. But if you have your heart set on a male, then I’d have to back out. Eric’s a much better best friend to a guy than he’d be a boyfriend.

It's all right, of course. :lol: But if I can't find a hot vampiric boyfriend for my character would it be possible to just have Eric as in a sire/camaraderie sort of relationship?
