This may seem like a retarded question, so if I've missed where this has been answered before, please forgive me, a green person to this board. [fabulous board, btw].

is there an area to where we can check on taken faces for characters? I don't want to write up a character description and then have to change it 'cause the face I desire has been taken.

Nope. That isn't really a problem here, mostly because folks don't usually bother with a personal avatar like you get on some boards. On this board, your main log-in name doesn't have to have anything to do with your characters and as such neither does your avatar.

Also if you're going to have multiple characters, you need only have the one log-in. Think of it as a hub of sorts.
