Title: A Night of the Undead
Description: -- Romax and Middy
Vixey - April 23, 2007 03:31 PM (GMT)
It was nearly ten o'clock. The sun had long set and The only car in the parking lot of the little sports field was Adams.
Her bike being in the shop, Jax had simply walked to the game, coming in just after the first quarter. It didn't seem that Adam had missed her, but with daylight controling when she could come out, it was rather difficult.
But of course Adam had offered to give her a ride home, which had been her plan all along. However, alone in the dark lot, only a single light illuminating the field itself, Jax and Adam were enjoying a taste of things to come.
Corrigan had been gone a few days, and well, God only knew when he would be back. He'd show up whenever he wanted a decent fuck, so she'd let him. But now. She was with someone she simply delighted in being with.
Adam was sweaty and dirty from the game, but that made his scent all the more delicious as she kissed at his neck, ran her hands under his sweaty shirt that he had worn for the game. "How about we go back to my place for a bit..." She whispered before nibbling at his ear. "And run a few more plays, Adam." Her voice was soft and sensual, a voice that no mortal man would be able to say no too. "You can be quarterback again... And I can be your wide receiver this time." her kisses trailed down his neck and then across to the otherside. His pulse was driving her wild, and even though she had stopped to feed, she wanted him. But more than his blood.
"How about it babe?" She said with a lacivious grin.
Romax - April 23, 2007 06:46 PM (GMT)
Final score: 23-10 and he had sacked that arrogant little McKinney's ass three times. So the sports-related portion of the evening had been just great. Lots of adrenaline, terrifically bad passes (not on his part, of course), and big hits. (They'd been playing full contact with donated pads.) And the icing on the football cake was that the DPD got seventy percent of all the money made.
As for the post-game highlights, well, those were just dandy too. Streaked with sweat and soil, Adam paid no mind to either his dirty condition or Jax's clean as he wrapped his arms around her and lifted her to his height. Winded? Him? Hah, maybe a little, but it wasn't like she was heavy and he lifted her easily.
Her teeth nipped at the line of his neck, making him mutter some unintelligable phrase against her cheek. And her voice whispered in his ear, sending a slow, wicked grin cruising across his lips. "But I'm all sweaty and dirty... I have an idea, why don't you wash my back and I'll wash yours?"
Vixey - April 23, 2007 06:53 PM (GMT)
"Oh I don't care..." Jaxon murmured as she moved back down his neck. "Besides... Why get clean when all we're gonna do is get all sweaty again?" She pointed out. The heat of his body was.... Intoxicating. The warmth and need of it made her ache terribly.
"How about we go to my place... Have some fun... Then we can shower..." She said before tugging at the lobe of his ear with her teeth.
But either way, to do much else they would have to get to her place first, so rather than laying half in the backseat of his car they would have to stop the foreplay first. Something that Jax wasn't really wanting to do.
"But that's up to you I guess... We can have fun anyway you like. So long as I get to hear you scream my name at least once." She said with a wicked grin at his lips before kissing him hungrely.
Romax - April 23, 2007 08:57 PM (GMT)
Smiling, sucking in a breath as her teeth caught on his earlobe, Adam let his hands wander freely. "I'll take you up on that..." He muttered against the smooth line where her shoulder met her neck, before giving it a little nibble. "But we've got to get to the car first... and then make it to your place."
His keys were in his pockets, somewhere, but he didn't particularly feel like moving a hand to reach them. Not when he could trail his fingertips over smooth skin instead. "Let's make it a competition and see who screams first." He suggested just as her mouth fastened to his.
It seemed he was in a competitive mood tonight.
Vixey - April 23, 2007 11:12 PM (GMT)
"We're already in the car Adam..." Jaxon said with a laugh. "Does it really feel that good?" Her hand moved to caress his thigh, feeling the already eager muscles between his legs.
"But yeah... I want you long and hard tonight. Again and again." She whispered at his ear. Again and again. Jaxon's body hungered. Was this the way she had decided to feel alive then? Instead of inflicting pain again and again... Pleasure did the same damn thing... But God did it feel better. "I want to scream your name over and over as you take me as hard as you can." The dirty talk aspect she hadn't really used before. But it seemed from their last marathon together that he liked it.
Jax was drug into his long, fiery kiss that made her vampiric sences shiver with delight. God she wanted him. She wanted him now and she wanted him hard. The need was almost as urgent and all consuming as her need for blood.
But they needed to get back to her house. Last thing they needed was for a cop to catch them here for indecent exposure. That wouldn't be a good thing at all. Especialy if they wanted to keep this fantastic thing together.
Romax - April 24, 2007 07:59 PM (GMT)
Reluctantly, oh very reluctantly, Adam dragged himself away from Jax. He couldn't drive the car wrapped around her, now could he? Dammit. "This thing needs an autopilot." He muttered, more to himself than her.
But as she spoke, he turned his head to intercept her mouth. "Keep talking like that, and we aren't going to make it to your place." Adam warned, even as he caught her bottom lip in his teeth. Wrestling with his pocket to get the keys out, he jabbed them in the ignition and twisted until the engine came to life. But as her hands caressed and teased, he felt himself tighten like a rock.
"Fuck it." In one quick movement, too smooth to be considered violent, his hands fisted on her shirt and dragged her mouth back to his. The backseat was a little small for a man of his size, but maybe they could wrangle it... In fact, there could be some awfully interesting positions they could squeeze into...
Vixey - April 24, 2007 08:51 PM (GMT)
She was just composing herself, about to put her seatbelt on when he grabbed her, catchign her honeslty by surprise and pulling her in to another firey kiss. But now that the middle of the car was between them, making things slightly awkward, she broke away with a soft moan. "Adam, not here. God I want to... But we can't do that here. My house isnt' that far." She said against his lips.
"Just get us there fast... Without killing us too." She said before kissing him in a simmilar manner again. So much for getting to her house now.
But again she broke it, buckling the seatbelt mainly so he couldn't do anything to her. Well she thought it was a cleaver idea.
Romax - April 24, 2007 11:25 PM (GMT)
"Goddamn, you're mean." Adam grumbled, as she broke the kiss. She buckled her seatbelt, a preventive measure it seemed. Buckling his own, he grabbed the stick, jetting out of the Matheson parking lot with a dull roar.
He probably broke several speed and other traffic laws as he raced towards her place, but he didn't give a damn. The streets were empty this late at night anyway. Leaving long black tire streaks on the pavement, he pulled into the lot and jammed the brake. They made it in record time and in one piece each to boot.
Vixey - April 25, 2007 12:57 AM (GMT)
Up the flight of stairs they made their way slowly, breaking every few steps for heated and demanding kisses.
And it was durring one of these that Jax was trying to open the door, and nearly fell through. So much for her vampiric grace.
Adam's sweaty shirt was the first thing to go as the door shut behind them. Tossing it over to the couch she began to run her hands at once over the smooth, strong muscles of his chest. "So... Do you want to take the first shot at cracking me or am I going first?" She asked with a grin as she tugged him by the top of his pants closer to her hips.
Romax - April 25, 2007 07:38 PM (GMT)
Adam stifled a laugh as they stumbled into her apartment; he nearly toppled right over onto her when she stumbled. It had taken a while for the two of them to even make it up the stairs, so wrapped up around each other they were. And that was meant literally.
Just as the door was clicking shut behind the two, his shirt vanished. To where, he neither knew nor cared. Her wicked, wicked hands were on his chest, testing the hard muscle beneath his skin. As Jax caressed and stroked, they tightened almost painfully, teased as they were by her touch. Not to be outdone, Adam copied her movements, his long fingers molding to the sleek muscle beneath shirt and skin. He left her top on for the moment, enjoying the tease of it.
"Show me what you got, Jax."
Vixey - April 25, 2007 08:08 PM (GMT)
"That's fine by me..." She murmured as she broke a kiss for a moment only to kiss him again. "But we got to get these damn clothes off first..." And since he seemed so unwilling the help with that, she shucked off her tanktop first before she began to undo his pants.
The pants were the parts that really had to go, the shirts didn't have to, but it was better that they did. Jax knew she was sensitive to fire, and this fire was no different. Well this fire would kill her, it was just all consuming.
Without even knowing how they go there, Jax found herself completely naked, stradling him on the carpet in her bedroom. He... He was still in his boxers for whatever reason, and so Jax tugged those off as she turned around. Her length was in his hands now, at her mercy.
"So what do you want me to do Adam? Just how should I make you scream?"
MidnightSun - April 25, 2007 08:47 PM (GMT)
Corrigan couldn't lie. It wasn't that he didn't care. It wasn't that he didn't want Jaxon. It was simply that he didn't want to stay. He had left after a meaningful night with her and made his way back to Spain. He didn't imagine he would miss her. At least not this much.
He hadn't planned on coming back so soon, but it had barely been a week and he was back again. He felt like such a fool as he stood there outside her apartment, bouquet of white roses in hand, carefully wrapped gift in the other. She was home. He could feel her pressence. He thought about knocking on the door, but instead he took the bouquet in one hand and pushed the door open.
The apartment was dark and he thought perhaps she was still asleep. Odd, considering how late it was growing. He stepped into the room and put her flowers on the table near the door.
He started down the hall to her bedroom, halting momentarily when he heard voices. He crept silently to her door and stopped again, listening for the voice again. He had a sudden feeling that he would not like what he would find when he opened her door.
Nevertheless, he put his hand on the door handle and pushed the door open. He stood motionless for a moment, merely staring at them, before he acted on impulse, throwing the package he had brought her across the room with such force that the solid glass orb inside shattered and a considerable indentation was made. He turned on his heel and walked back down the hall without a word.
Vixey - April 25, 2007 08:55 PM (GMT)
She hadn't smelt him, hadn't heard her front door open...
It was only when the bedroom door opened and Corrigan was standing there. He... Oh God. Jax gave a little scream as he threw the flowers at the wall, somthing shattering. But then he was storming down the hall.
"Oh god... Stay here Adam." She whimpered.
She was down the hall in a flash. "Corrigan! What the hell are you doing here!" She nearly screamed in frustration. Her hand was clenched tight around his lower arm and she had no intention of letting him go.
But she was also afraid. Terrified that something would happen here that...
"Corrigan what are you doing back? You didn't even call me!" They were standing in front of the door, there was no way for Adam to leave now. But it would be best if he just stayed put in the bedroom anyway. Corrigan could kill him with one shot if he wanted.
Romax - April 25, 2007 09:07 PM (GMT)
Uh... Fuck?
Everything had been all fine and dandy for Adam, his hands fisting to keep himself from losing his head as her hands made his eyes wheel in his head like a couple of lose marbles. Then there was a slice of light, a man's outline in the doorway, something breaking with a loud crash, and Jax flying out of the bedroom.
He wasn't taken too off-guard to not appreciate a naked Jaxon on the run, but couldn't do much more than appreciate and be bewildered. What had just happened?
It didn't take too much figuring out. In fact, he had it fairly well figured out by the time he pulled his boxers back on. Old boyfriend just walked in on... well, something no old boyfriend would want to walk in on.
His hands stilled in the process of hitching his jeans back on. It was an old boyfriend, right? As in former? Because Adam didn't like the idea of being the man on the side. Even as he buckled his belt with a little more force than needed, he resisted the urge to race after Jax and the man. She'd said to stay here. His presence would probably make things even worse.
"Goddamn."
MidnightSun - April 25, 2007 09:14 PM (GMT)
"Surprising you! That's what I'm doing here, Jaxon! Surprise!" He shouted at her. As he yanked his arm from her grasp, he nearly struck her across the face but he didn't. He stopped himself, calming immediately as deja vu hit him like a brick wall. He looked at his hand and lowered it, recovering instantly as he turned his eyes back to her.
"You filthy little whore," he spat, gathering from her thoughts just how many times this man had been in her bed, the bed that he had shared with her only a week ago. "Don't you fucking touch me. You had better be killing him, because if won't then I will."
Vixey - April 25, 2007 09:24 PM (GMT)
With the words he said... He might as well have struk her. She pulled back from him. But she didn't lower her gaze.
"How can you say that Corrigan! I met him when you were gone! Before you came back. And why do you even care? You don't love me! You said it yourself Corrigan." She said not sure whether to scream or cry. "So why the hell do you care?!"
Jaxon's eyes opened wide as he threatened to kill Adam. "NO! Corrigan! I won't let you hurt him!"
Corrigan didn't love her... If he didn't then why was he spazing out? It wasn't like she could catch anything or get pregnant. Why the hell did he care.
"Why are you so pissed! Why do you give a rats ass what I do when your off galavanting around? You don't love me, you never will. Why can't I try to find someone who will?"
Romax - April 25, 2007 09:46 PM (GMT)
Yelling. Voices raised in fury.
He didn't particularly like that sound. Adam didn't bother with a shirt as he threw the door open, stalked towards the two. He wouldn't hide out in her bedroom like he'd done something wrong. It was her apartment and he'd been invited here, dammit.
"You filthy little whore."
"Shut the fuck up." The smooth whiskey voice went dangerously quiet. A hard, implacable quiet. From Adam's position, the two guys were evenly matched, so he had no problem telling Corrigan what to do.
MidnightSun - April 25, 2007 09:58 PM (GMT)
"Don't try to tell me how I feel, Jaxon. You obviously haven't got a clue."
He gave a cruel laugh when she protested, said she wouldn't let him harm the man. "You couldn't stop me if you tried."
"He doesn't love you. He loves the feel of you. There's a difference, Jaxon. A difference you haven't learned yet. There is more to love than fucking a man's head off. There is commitment and trust... Loyalty. You haven't any of those features to offer a man."
He looked up at Adam as he entered the room. He looked him over for a moment, appreciating the circumstances. He smirked. "Hello, there." He'd follow him home and kill him in his sleep.
He brought his eyes back to her and grinned, shaking his head. "You've seen the last of me, Jaxon. I will never, ever come to you again."
Vixey - April 25, 2007 10:21 PM (GMT)
"YOU TOLD ME!" She screamed now. "You told me that you would NEVER love me! That love wasn't something you did. Staying wasn't something you did! Why would I want to be with a man who would never want to stay with me!"
Jaxon bared her fangs as he threatened Adam's life again. "I swear to God I'll kill you if you touch him! You don't have a reason in hell to hurt him." No, if he wanted to take his anger out on someone, it would be her. She wouldn't let Adam suffer for something that was her fault.
She followed Corrigan's gaze to see Adam in the hall. "No. Adam, I can handle him. Please!" Jax pleaded. But it was too late. Corrigan knew what he looked like. He would probably remember him.
But she looked back as Corrigan spoke. "You said that last time Corri. That I would never see you again. But you came back. I was with him before you came back. It's not my fault you had bad timing." She said softly. Would he come back? She... She knew Adam probably wouldn't want her to be with another guy... But if Corrigan never came back, problem solved. Not that she wanted Corrigan to leave...
God... What the hell had she done?
Romax - April 26, 2007 08:50 PM (GMT)
Adam, sensing that anything he wanted to say would probably alienate Jax at the moment, remained silent. He even resisted the urge to snarl at the redheaded man, something he considered a testament to his supreme willpower.
Fortunately, he was so dead-set on controlling himself, he didn't notice the fangs that flashed into full view as Jaxon screamed at Corrigan.
Kill him? Yeah, that was a good idea. Threaten the life of a police officer. Can you say 'jail sentence'?
Adam returned Corrigan's sour smirk with a bland smile. "Well, hi there."
MidnightSun - June 8, 2007 03:27 AM (GMT)
"Oh, and what ever happened to 'I need you, Corri. I would do anything to keep you!' Didn't think to tell me that you were fucking another man, did you? You've got a sick sense of what love is, Jaxon. I've been trying. I've come back, I've been with you but you don't see any of that do you?" He sneered at her, like she was a bug that he would rather squish than give a second thought. "I'm through with this," he snared, yanking the door open behind him. "Bye bye, Love" he told her bitterly.
Vixey - June 8, 2007 04:22 AM (GMT)
"Maybe I wanted someone who cared about me for more than the sex!" Jax snapped angrely. "That was all you ever wanted from me! You'd go off wherever and whenever and flutter on back whenever it suited you! You don't give a shit about me, and I'm not going to be one of those women trapped in a relationship like that." He told her he didn't love her, he told her he would never feel that way about her.
What had happened to change the way his mind worked? Men just didn't decided that they didn't love someone one day and then a week later have an epiphany and come back to woo their beloved.
No, he only came back for the sex. He liked her because she was always tight and hungry. Or so she told herself. Why? Because he had told her that he would never love her.
"Fine, whatever, go." She muttered as she glared after Corrigan. "Move on to your next girl then. Have fun." Jax snapped. But as the door shut, leaving her and Adam alone, Jax felt all the fear and high emotions leave her. Weakened by the sudden loss of energy, the woman fell to her knees shivering as if cold. Rubbing her face with her hands, Jaxon sighed. "What the fuck is going on..." She muttered with exasperation.
"Adam... I... I'm so sorry. I don't know... I don't know why he came back. I didn't want him to ever come back." She said truthfully.
MidnightSun - June 8, 2007 04:50 AM (GMT)
Outside the door, Corrigan leaned against the wall in the corridor. He heard what she said to that prick that had taken her from him. He sighed and pushed himself away from the wall, closing his eyes as he called out to her mentally, his hand on her door. Just because I am letting you get away with this accusations, doesn't mean that they are true. I do love you, Jaxon, I just don't know how to show you. Goodbye. And with that he began to walk away.
Vixey - June 8, 2007 09:15 AM (GMT)
Her head lifted up as she heard his voice in her mind. He... He couldn't really love her! It was all a trick wasn't it? Just something to make her feel bad... Wasn't it?
"Why! Why are you doing this to me! You know I loved you for so long! I loved you more than anything, and I still do." Jaxon pleaded to him, dark tears welling up in her eyes as she called out, knowing he would hear her.
"But you left me Corrigan! You left me without anything, no love, no hope. You told me you could never love me. Why the change? Why did you come back? It just doesn't make any sense. Why do you love me now when you swore you didn't then?" She wanted to know, and damnit she had the right. Why the epiphany? "How can you love someone when you just leave them to wonder where you're going, what you're doing, when they'll be back? How?"
Now again her mind and heart were torn in two ways. Was he doing this simply to be cruel? Simply to break her heart and spirit?
"Don't go... Please... Don't leave me, not now... Not like this." She Jax begged him softly as she heard his footsteps outside, leading away.
Being torn away from everyone she cared about had deffinantly left her lacking in dealing with situations like this. Jax never knew how to deal with guys, let alone two of them. But couldn't they try to talk things out without Adam around? Talk to each other like sensable adults?
She simply sat on the floor, trembling slightly as tears streamed silently down her face to leave crimson streaks along her skin. She didn't know what to do... If Corrigan really loved her, she would give up anything to be with him. And she never wanted to hurt either of them because she cared so much about both... If they all three had been vampires, it probably wouldn't have been such a big deal but something about Adam being human unbalanced the equation...
No... It wasn't like simple math. Of course not.
"Adam... I..." But she had already appologized, and didn't know what else to say. She didn't know what to do.
