Title: What is Past is Prologue
Description: --Demaitre, 2005

Romax - April 10, 2007 06:24 PM (GMT)
Tearful, high-pitched screaming. The deeper tone of a voice issuing from a mouth curled into a smirk. Yelping, more screaming. Crying.

JJ stared at the sketch she’d been working on, one of a robin on a tree limb. She had a natural talent for it, but it was only half done even though she’d been fiddling with it for over an hour. It had gone smoothly for the first forty minutes or so, but then Nick and Dylan had started in on it and her concentration was shattered. She couldn’t tell what they were fighting about. It didn’t matter. Nick picked on Dylan about anything. About everything.

”Leave Hunky alone!”

“You and your stupid bear. I think Hunky needs a haircut. A little off the top, you know?”

“Leave him ALONE!!”

God, why did he have to be this way? Dylan was yelling so hard and crying so much, he was hiccupping. And Nick just kept laughing. The way he always did. With Dylan, it was the bear, or the books her little brother loved. With JJ… it was everything. Her nose, her hair, the way her growth spurt was making her shoot up like she was on Miracle-Gro. Dylan yelled again, and JJ threw her pencil down. Nick was such a butthead.

“Leave them both alone, you fathead!” She yelled, her dark auburn ponytail a whip as she stomped from her room and to Dylan’s. Nick dangled their little brother’s beloved brown bear above Dylan’s head, threatened it with a pair of scissors. “Why do you have to be such a jerk?”

Vixey - April 10, 2007 06:47 PM (GMT)
The vicious grin that was on his face faded into a much darker scowl as he heard his sisters voice. "What the fuck do you want Ally?" He growled as he tossed the teddybear out of the room and down the hall, grinning as he watched Dylan scamper for it, hugging it tightly as he curled up against the wall.

"What a fucken baby." He snickered before turnign back to his sister.

The snarl was back and in a second he was advancing on her. Grabbing her ponytail he yanked her head down hard, wanting to hear that scream that was always music to his ears. He never understood why his siblings, from the same parents, could be so weak.

"Well instead of giving the bear a hair cut, why do I give you one? Just cut this little tail of yours right off huh?" He said in a low growl. "You stay the hell out of my way you little brat. Or you're going to wish your mother hadn't fogotten to take her pills you fucken mistake. They only wanted me you know."

With a quick snip of the scissors a small lock of hair fell from the ponytail, as if in warning.

"And if you ever call me something like that again. I'll cut more than your hair. You got it, string bean?"

Romax - April 10, 2007 07:43 PM (GMT)
Despite herself, JJ couldn’t help but yip as Nick grabbed her hair, yanked her head down with it. It hurt, just like he meant for it to. But underneath that sly fear that tried to sink fingers in her belly, rage burned as she heard the snick of scissors and saw a small lock of her hair fall to the floor. “You’re all talk, Nicky.” She spat, forcing herself not to wince as several hairs came loose as she ripped her head free. “You don’t have the balls to back anything up.”

Fury giving her the strength to shove him back a full step, plus she was stronger than she looked, JJ pushed past Nick to comfort Dylan. He was sniffling, hugging Hunky to his chest as he pressed his back against the wall. She took him in her arms, as she had so many times before, his dark skin all the darker against her pale.

“I’ll call you whatever you deserve, you-you—monkey.” JJ spat, alternately trying to soothe Dylan and glaring daggers at Nick. Inside, she was wary, though she bluffed fairly well. Nick was acting even nastier than he usually did, and that was saying something. He was almost… scary. But he was still her brother. He just liked to talk. “And you know Dad would skin you if he heard you talking about Mom like that.”

Vixey - April 10, 2007 07:56 PM (GMT)
He had let her push him. After all he was bigger still, and heavier.

There was a vicious grin on Nick's face as he watche dthe girl run to their brother. "I didn't mean mom here. I meant your real mother. Why do you think mom and dad addopted you huh? Cause your real mom didn't want a damn thing to do with you, the whore." He said cooly.

He walked over to them slowly, deleberitly. "Do you really want me to back up my words? Because if you really want me too... I will." His foot shot out quickly, hitting her just below the ribs.

Dylan screamed slightly and clung to JJ even tighter than he alread was. "Don't hurt her!" He sobbed.

"What? You want me to kick you around instead? Huh? Want me to beat the shit out of you too?" He growled as he glared down at Dylan. "Cause I'm sure I can take a few minutes out of my busy schedule for you too."

But his eyes flicked back to JJ, like a vicious wolf eyeing his next little lamb. Oh, he would back up his words alright... "Don't worry though... I'll deal with that little monkey comment later. You'll appologize by the time I'm done with you."

Romax - April 10, 2007 09:35 PM (GMT)
JJ curled her lip at Nick, snarling back at him. "Yeah, and I bet they would have given you back if they could've. Who would want a cowardly bully like you?" When his foot shot out, catching her neatly below the ribs, she gasped in shock. Dylan screeched, crying, and that was what made JJ snap the way she did.

Standing, hugging her little brother closer to her with one arm, she slapped Nick as hard as she could. Never before had she been so bold, but tonight was different. "You pig! You PIG!" JJ yelled, half-carrying and half-dragging Dylan to his room and locking the door behind him. "Does it make you feel big and strong to pick on your little sister and ten-year old brother?” She rounded on him in fury, dark blue eyes almost black with anger. Opening her mouth to say more, she was cut off by an angry shout, deeper even than Nick’s voice.

”What in the HELL is going on out here?!” Her father demanded, glaring at his two older children. “I’m trying to get some work done. How am I supposed to do that when you can’t keep quiet?” John Nicholas Townsend Sr. a tall and barrel-chested man was formidable in his anger. His dark eyes pinned on his eldest son. “When are you going to start acting like a man, Nick? I’ve had it with your immaturity.” John’s voice was harsh, hardly softening as he turned on his daughter. “And you, JJ. Go to bed, both of you.”

“Yes, sir.” JJ murmured, her head down. John walked down the hall, slamming the door to his office shut behind him. ”Monkey.”, JJ mouthed to Nick behind her father’s back. Turning, she stalked back to her own room and shut the door, resisting the urge to slam it. With an ill-tempered yank, she pulled the band out of her hair and then changed into her Yummy Sushi pajamas, the only ones she had clean.

Climbing into bed, she couldn’t get to sleep at first, staring at the dark ceiling. Nick hadn’t always been so mean. It was only after Mom had died that he’d become such a bully. But he was getting worse and worse, tormenting Dylan whenever he had a chance. Yanking JJ’s hair just to hear her screech. Still, he’d never hit her before tonight. Sighing, she closed her eyes. That was just Nick. Maybe he’d be better in the morning, like he sometimes was.

Vixey - April 10, 2007 09:57 PM (GMT)
"No," he said with a grin. "It makes me feel great. Kowing that I can make you cry whenever I feel like it. Make you go whimpering to da-"

Nick stopped in his tracks and turned around as he heard his father bellow down the hall. He returned the glare with a stuborn look. "When these two stop acting like such babies..." He muttered as his father left.

As he heard the door shut he turned with a glare to JJ. "You'll get yours you little bitch..." He hissed softly as he walked by her on the way to his room. "Just wait and see..."

It was just about when he shut his own door did the rain start to fall. There were thunderstorms predected for the night, so that just put him in an even more foul mood. He'd get his sister back for hitting him. For calling him those names. She was a spoiled little brat... Just because She had been born healthy and all, there was always this little thing on his shoulder that hated her for it. She was perfect to them... Mom had always loved her more it seemed, even though he had always tried so hard to make them proud of him. He had always done his best to make them happy, so he would feel like a real son.

But it never seemed to work. And now that mom was gone... Now that she wasn't the favorite anymore since dad didn't seem to care about any of them, he was going to take his sweet time with revenge.

He wanted to make her cry... He wanted to hurt her so bad that she would never forget it even if she tried. He wanted to hear her scream over and over again... He wouldn't kill her no. That was just stupid. He'd get caught for sure. Besides... Dead, she couldn't feel pain.

But what could he do? He'd have to wait until everyone else was asleep though... He knew that much...

Romax - April 11, 2007 08:15 PM (GMT)
Unable to sleep at first, JJ tossed and turned, dozing for a few moments before returning to reluctant wakefulness by particularly loud thumps of rain or the creaking of the roof. Though not quite a storm yet, the rain outside her window promised to become one, a dull roar against the ceiling.

Too, she wondered about her brother and why he acted as he did. Finally, she pushed her thoughts away, dulling her mind with the drudgery of arithmatic. Fractions, decimals, negatives... stretching out, she fell asleep with numbers and signs marching across her mind.

Down the hall, her father sat at his desk, staring at the computer moniter. Work had consumed him earlier, but now he could not concentrate. Images of when his family was happy flashed, unbidden, before his eyes. Stacy, her dark eyes alight with laughter as she looked down at her son. Cooing softly holding an infant Alice Jane. Dylan, calling his big sister JJ rather than AJ as everybody else did. Nick, riding a bike for the first time.

And then the ruined sedan with its shattered windshield. The cold, recycled air of the morgue as he went to ID his wife's body. A tear ran down his cheek, was ruthlessly swiped away.

Shoving away from his desk, he went into the bathroom, showered away the thoughts. He had meetings tomorrow with accounting. Goddamn penny-pinching bastards. Don't think of broken windshields and broken love. If he didn't deal with the Iverson account, nobody would. He had to be up by five-thirty. Scrubbed, tugging on sleep pants, he slid into bed without pausing to gaze at a photo of him and Stacy smiling in front of the house.

And, at last, the house slept.

Vixey - April 11, 2007 09:18 PM (GMT)
Or so they thought. No, Nick was waighting for the tell tell snoring from their father before he made his move. No need to bring him in to this. All this stress that was going on. He knew just how to take care of his sister now though... And get rid of his stress. Guys at school had always said she was good looking and she'd be a total babe one day. Well, he was a guy too, he wasn't completely blind or stupid.

No... He knew just what would hust her the fuck up...

He grabbed a sock and one of his few ties and made his way to JJ's room, closing the door softly behind him in both rooms. It was a predetor's grin that looked down at her as he advanced on the sleeping girl.

"Oh Ally...." He whispered as he sat down on the side of her bed by her head. "Ally dear... Time to wake up." His fingers shot out to curl quickly into her hair as he yanked her head up. "Wake up you stupid bitch!" He growled.

Romax - April 11, 2007 09:37 PM (GMT)
The dream circling through her head was, though not unpleasant, quite baffling. It involved equals signs and the number three stomping around holding scissors and a stuffed bear. That was strange enough, but JJ could swear that the signs and numbers had Nick's voice, the harsh voice he had when he was teasing her.

Strange, indeed.

A louder voice intruded into the dream, slowly tugging her to alertness. She could feel a weight beside her head, and then shocking pain in her scalp. JJ woke up swinging, she felt her open hand connect with something, but her eyes were still blinded by sleep. Blinking, hissing, she finally was able to make out the shape of Nick, her brother. "What the hell are you doing?" She snarled, trying to be quiet so she wouldn't wake anyone up.

For the second time that night, she yanked her head away from her brother, and once again felt a sting as several dark red-brown hairs left her scalp. Rubbing her eyes, careful to keep a sneer on her face, a crack of lightning flashed blue over her delicate features, startling her into pulling the sheet up to her chest.

Vixey - April 11, 2007 09:57 PM (GMT)
He had to stop himself from laughing as she swung wildly, simply hitting his shoulder. "Ow?" He asked with a grin. "Was that supposed to hurt Ally? Pitty you hit like a baby."

Still afraid of the storm? Hah... THere were worse things out tonight than the storm. Certianly. "Didn't I say though I was going to back my words up? Didn't I say that you'd regret calling me those names?" He said in a quiet voice, almost as if to sooth her. He was even stroking her hair now, gently as he spoke. "I spent all night trying to think of just what to do with you... And now I think I know just how I'm gonna deal with you."

As soon as she pulled her head out of his grasp he delt her a vicious backhand that connected with the side of her face.

Shoving the sock in her mouth then tying his belt around her head to keep the sock in he looked around for something else to tie her hands... Her bathrobe was hanging up on the closet door. That would work. Roughly he tied her hands behind her back and threw her face down on her bed. He checked to see if she was still breathing, which she was so... Now all he had to do was wait. He wanted her to feel everything... From beginning to end. He'd wait until she came too again.

But in the mean time he sat there, stroking her hair in an oddly gentle manner.

Romax - April 11, 2007 10:15 PM (GMT)
She never saw it coming. Even as she was about to make some retort to his threats, his hand crashed against her her cheekbone, unleashing an explosion so intense her vision darkened. For how long, she didn't know. Stunned, she tried to touch the pain with her fingers. If she could just touch it, maybe it would go away...

But he didn't let her. He had thrust something into her mouth, something cloth, tying it in place with a belt. The cool leather pressed against the fire burning beneath her skin, made her yelp against the gag. Her hands were awkwardly wrenched behind her back, adding another layer of pain, tied tightly together. Moaning, she tried to make sense of what was going on, even as he flipped her onto her belly.

What was happening? Nick was her brother. He'd been mean to her, but never really hurt her like this. He stroked her hair, she could just barely feel his hand beneath the greasy pain. It was hard to breathe, her face pressed into the pillow. Barely aware of the muffled sounds in her throat, she shook her head dumbly, trying to shake off the painful belt.

Vixey - April 11, 2007 10:28 PM (GMT)
"You see... I'm not all talk Ally... I told you I wasn't, but you just didn't believe me did you." he said with a cool grin as he continued stroking her hair. "You're gonna have all sorts of fun tonight little Ally..." He said as he finaly moved away, moving to the foot of the bed.

Grabbing her ankles he pulled her to the edge and he yanked her sleep pants and underwear down all in one quick tug. His hand caressed posessivly over her backside as he pulled her up to her knees. He pushed his own sweatpants and boxers down and leand his hips against her, letting her feel him first.

"This can go as easy as you want it to Ally. You say a peep... It'll just hurt more." He growled. There was more than one hole he could use, and it was all up to her which one he decided.

He thrust himself none to gently into her and under the cover of the storm pulled her back into him as he thrust his hips violently forward in a swift, rough movement. Harder and harder, he plowed into her not really caring if he was hurting her or not. Well, he hoped he was, but fuck, she was tight and it felt good. He wasn't going to complain. At least he got half of what he wanted.

Romax - April 11, 2007 10:40 PM (GMT)
JJ listened to his words, sweat popping out on her forehead as she tried to figure out what he meant. Before she could form a thought, he grabbed her ankles, easily dragged her to the edge of the bed and then forced her to her knees.

Then he pulled her pants down and her panties, exposing her most private parts. Her sounds of protest were muffled, then she fell silent as he pressed himself against her. He was hard, alien, and her heart hammered, a sudden and unnamable terror blooming in her chest. Just as the deep voice of thunder boomed outside, he thrust into her.

The pain!

Oh, God, it hurt, it hurt. Screaming against the gag, she tried to squirm away from him. Him and the pain. JJ felt as if she were being ripped open. Underneath the shocking hurt was the even worse feeling of being invaded. She forgot his threat. But even as she bucked against him, he was slamming into her again.

Mindlessly, she bucked again and fought the binds around her wrists, desperately trying to get away. It burned inside like flame as he thrust deeper in, his harsh breaths stinging against her ears and all she could think of was getting away.

Vixey - April 11, 2007 10:50 PM (GMT)
Each time she bucked back, that was just what he wanted. He wanted to feel the struggle, know that she didn't want this. Later when daddy wasn't home, he'd hear her screams. But this would do for now.

At each buck he drove deeper, harder, knowing that she was screaming on the inside.

His hands held on to her hips tightly, bringing her back again and again to his. Oh, she wasn't getting away. Not tonight... Not any night he wanted her. His grin grew wider and wider at every thrust, every time she tried to get away.

It was another few minutes of this pointless struggle from her that the battle went on. But he won, like he always did, and withdrew with a satisfied, malicious grin. He didn't even bother to pull her pants back up as he rolled her over again, his fingers swwping quickly between her legs. The scent was entoxicating.

Sitting beside her once more he smiled down at her. "You ever tell anyone... And I'll kill you... I swear on mom's grave." He hissed as he took the gag off before untying her hands. He tossed her belt across the room before leaving without another look back, another word.

Romax - April 11, 2007 11:06 PM (GMT)
His fingers dug into her hips, holding her helplessly as he burrowed deep inside of her. JJ's screams came out as muffled moans, the gag in her mouth soaking up all sound. There would be bruises where his fingers clenched, and the pain of it was just another layer building inside her skull.

Nick laughed at her struggles, holding her firmly in place as he raped her. She fought, she tried, but eventually was exhausted and went limp as he continued to beat himself into her. Tears flowed down her cheeks, the belt cut into her face. And he laughed, torturing her.

At last, he came, gripping her to him as he spilled into her. When he let her go, she fell forward, her breaths coming in sobbing pants as he rolled her onto her back. JJ could do nothing but watch as he slid his fingers through blood and cum, making her body jerk involuntarily against the sear. He lifted his fingers to his nose, grinned at her.

And she believed his threat.

Even after he untied her, pulled the gag from her mouth, she couldn't move. JJ lay there, a kicked-away rag doll. She cried silently, bleeding, hurting, until she managed to pull her pants up and stand. Her knees buckled and she fell to them. JJ crawled to the closet-sized bathroom attached to her bedroom and, clinging to the toilet, vomited. When she could stand again, she squeezed her eyes shut, hissed a jagged breath as she wiped away the blood still slowly leaking from between her legs. Going back to her bed, she saw the stains on her sheet and ripped the covers away.

Huddling under her thickest comforter, she cried again, this time until she finally fell asleep.

Vixey - April 12, 2007 02:29 PM (GMT)
For what he had just done, Nick fell askeep rather quickly and very peacefully. He was stated and satisfied with his punishment for his sister. She had gotten the message loud and clear. And hopefully now she'd stay out of his way and keep her mouth shut.

It was those pleasent thoughts that circled his mind as he slept, and then awoke to the dreary grey morning, the result of the storm from the night before.

After a yawn and a stretch He dressed quickly, not worried about much of anything and in a fairly decent mood. Hell he might even leave the two babies alone today if they didn't provoke him.

Making his way out to the kitchen no one else was there yet so he grabbed himself a bowl, the rice crispies and some milk to make his breakfast. Sitting down he ate quickly so the cereal wouldn't get soggy, but then just kicked back for a few minutes, having about twenty minutes before him and ally would have to leave for school. He usualy got a ride from one of his friends, so whether she took the bus, walked, he didn't know or really cared.

Romax - April 12, 2007 09:21 PM (GMT)
Unlike her brother, JJ slept fitfully. She'd woken several times, jerked from sleep by nightmares about what had happened. The last time, weak rays of sun had been working their way through the thick cloud cover. Suddenly, she couldn't stand the thought of sleep.

Rolling off the bed, JJ hissed against the shot of pain, nearly fell. Clinging to the bedpost until the worst of it had passed, she straightened, so sore between her legs that tears sprang to her eyes. For a moment, she was tempted to let them fall and stay in her room, hidden beneath a blanket. Then she looked down, saw the stained sheets at her feet. No, she couldn't stay in here.

Hobbling to the bathroom, she washed her hands, brushed her teeth until the gums bled. Tried to follow her morning routine. But when she lifted her hands to pull her top off and saw the bruises around her wrists, black against her pale skin, she nearly fell apart again. She had avoided looking in the mirror but forced herself to, recoiling from the huge mark across her cheekbone. JJ didn't look at the mirror again. The next shock came as she pulled her pants and underwear off, which came only reluctantly, clinging to wet blood. She was still bleeding.

Leaving her clothes there, she stepped into her tiny box of a shower, turned the water on as hot as she could stand. Standing beneath the steaming spray, she scrubbed and scrubbed and scrubbed. Tentatively, her hands moved to her legs, gently rubbing her washcloth over the bruises. Gritting her teeth, she washed between her thighs, her whimpers of pain as the cloth slid over raw flesh masked by the pour of water. When she stepped out of the shower and dried, she could hear Dylan taking his own shower in the main bathroom. Her father was getting dressed. Gathering up that which had the worst stains, fighting revulsion as she looked at them, JJ crept out to the laundry room and put them in the washer so they could soak in cold water.

When she crept back in, she could hear her someone in the kitchen. Hoping it was her father she headed out there and poured a glass of orange juice. She thought about a bowl of cereal, but, when she saw Nick, didn’t think she could keep it down. How could he look so… so, normal? She wondered dully, watching him from beneath dark lashes. Unconsciously, she touched her fingertips to the bruise on her cheek, felt the swelling beneath her eye.

Vixey - April 13, 2007 04:57 AM (GMT)
Nick bairly batted an eyelash as she entered. But he saw the bruise on her face and grinned slightly. "Fall out of bed or something, String Bean?" He asked with what seemed to be genuince concern, but laced with a malicious delight.

But he had better things to do with his time really. He had practice tonight, a game tomorrow... Much more important things.

"Tell dad I've got practice so I'll be home late." He said nochalontly as he tugged on his team jacket, throwing his bag over a shoulder. He looked up towards the front of the house as he heard a familliar honking of his buddy's car and headed out of the house with nothing else said but the shutting of the front door.

She wouldn't be stupid enough to say anything. He had made his message clear last night and he doubted he would have to repeat it any time soon. He might just to make sure she got it though.

Romax - April 13, 2007 03:43 PM (GMT)
JJ said nothing, staring into her glass. While Nick sounded concerned on the surface, she could hear the truth in his voice. He thought it was funny. Even though JJ wasn't surprised, it certainly didn't make her feel better.

"Tell dad I've got practice so I'll be home late."

Just like that. Just like it was any other day. Once again, she wondered how he could be so normal, so--so... laid-back. "Not like he'll care anyway." JJ muttered under her breath as a car beeped outside and Nick, grabbing his bag, swung out. After he was gone, JJ still sat there, staring into her juice. Beside her, on the counter, the coffee machine clicked and came on. Like clockwork, her Dad came in with the paper, blindly reaching into the cupboard for a mug.

He never even glanced her way. Maybe if he had, JJ would have said something, despite Nick's threat. What had happened was so huge, it was like it pressed against her throat in a desperate effort to come out. But her father never even glanced her way, too interested in his paper as he sat down with his coffee and his bagel to notice that his daughter had a black-and-blue mark covering half her face.

When Dylan came in, scrubbed and swinging his beloved Spider-Man backpack, he noticed. "JJ! What happened to your face?" He asked, his eyes wide as he stared at the mark.

Her father glanced up.

Without looking at John, JJ scrambled for an excuse. The only thing that came to mind was what Nick had said. "Oh... uh, I fell out of bed and... um, I hit my face against the nightstand." She lied badly, only just daring to glance at her father. Would he believe it?

She needn't have worried. With only a mutter to "Put some ice on it" John engrossed himself back into his paper.

"Jeez, JJ. Doesn't it hurt?" Dylan asked, looking kind of silly just standing there with his bookbag hanging from his hand and his eyes round.

Rather than cry like she wanted, JJ hugged her brother tight, reassuring him that it looked worse than it really was. Then she made him a bowl of cereal and, after waiting for him to finish, headed off to school.

-------------------------------January 2007

Nearly two years later, much of the Townsend house was the same. JJ still had the corner room, though the boy band posters she'd had on the wall had been replaced with a couple of sketches she had done. They, along with the ribbons she had won for them, were framed. Her father had done that, one of the rare times he'd actually seemed to care. Other than that, her room was much the same. Same old desk, same dressers.

Same bed.

The whole house was the same, except for some new appliances in the kitchen and a new couch. The only thing that had changed in the house were the people. Dylan was twelve now, and involved in American-style youth football and basketball leagues. Nick was a junior and a starter for three different sports. JJ competed in swimming and track. John was dating again, a nice woman named Anna who took interest in all their activities. He was also marginally more involved in his children's lives, at the bequest of Anna.

That's not important, though. What's important is that it was nine-thirty on a Friday night. Dylan was spending the night at a friend's house, John had just left to go out with Anna and had told his kids not to wait up. He'd be home late. JJ sat at her desk, staring at her open textbook. She was alone with Nick and she knew he'd soon jump at his chance. Just like he did whenever he had the chance.

A little less than two years ago was when it had started. It hadn't ended. A few days after the first time, just long enough for her to heal, Nick had come into her room again. This time, their father was out of town and Dylan was at a sleepover. JJ had fought her brother that second time, though it didn't change anything. After that, she never fought him again, simply taking the cruelty he had so much of. But even submission didn't keep her from being hurt. Humiliated.

Even as a part of her hoped that maybe, just maybe, he wouldn't take this moment, another part knew he would. So she sat, tried to blank out her mind rather than wonder whether Nick would call her to his room or come to hers.

Vixey - April 13, 2007 04:30 PM (GMT)
"Hey Ally." A voice called from the hall. "Just picked up something really cool for my computer, come check this out." Nick's voice seemed fully genuine as he called out to his sister, sticking his head out of his bedroom door.

Oh he was going to have fun tonight though... A new Webcam he had picked up would give him some fun times indeed... After all if his buddy didn't want it, he wasn't going to let it go to waste.

"You're a technology type person right? Come in here and help me try to figure this thing out Ally."

But the truth was he already had it set up.Set up and ready to go. It was pointed at his bed, right in the middle. He already knew what he was going to do, and so did she. The niceties and the fake ask for help was only part of the cruel game.

Romax - April 13, 2007 05:03 PM (GMT)
His room it was. Closing her eyes, JJ took a deep breath, pushed back from her desk. Nick needed help with something? Yeah, right. Even if he did, he wouldn't ask her for help. The query for assistance was just another joke.

But she played along anyway.

"What is it?" She asked, not giving herself time to dwell by pausing before going into his room. A very normal, very typical high school junior's room. His duffel on the floor, his coveted MVP trophy on a shelf. His helmet.

Keeping her face carefully blank, JJ looked at Nick, tried to gauge his mood. If she was lucky, he'd just pound out whatever it was that drove him and then let her leave. If she wasn't, as was often the case, she'd be screaming and begging for the mercy that never came.

Vixey - April 16, 2007 02:01 PM (GMT)
"Check it out Ally." Nick said as she walked in his room. His grin when grin a genuine smile to the one she was used to seeing. "I got it from a friend. And well," He pulled her in closer to him, giving her a cold stare as he then pushed her on to the bed, his hand reaching up to strike her across the face as he did so.. "I thought we could have some fun with it."

Ally appered on the computer screen, laying in the middle of the bed.

"I thought I'd have some fun Playing director at least. But now the question is... Do I tear your clothes off of you... Or to I make you undress yourself." And the question was a sincere one as well, he was genuinly stumped. "What do you think Ally? What will out audiance like better?" Nick moved to the edge of the bed. "Should we make this a fantasy... Or a horror?"

JJ didn't resist as he pulled her closer, until her body was pressed against his. As much as she wanted to pull away from him, she didn't. Instead, she watched his eyes, waiting. What was the tone for today? With a sudden, sharp movement, he shoved her so she fell back, then slammed his fist across her face.

Her cry was instinctive, the same as the urge to put her hand to her face. So that was the tone. She turned her head sideways, her eyes widening as she saw herself on the screen. Nick's words buzzed viciously in her ear like hornets. No. He couldn't possibly... But when she looked in his eyes, heard the sincerity in his voice... She scrabbled backwards, off the bed. The bed was between them, now, but he was between her and the door.

"No."

Vixey - April 16, 2007 06:08 PM (GMT)
"No?" Nick echoed with narrowed eyes.

"Remember what happened last time you said no to me? You couldn't shit without crying with pain. You don't want that again do you?" He said warningly. So she was a little camera shy.

"Get on the bed." He said cooly. "Now. And if you say no again... You're going to regret it."

She would know he wasn't messing around. She had thought that years ago, that he was all talk. But you know what? She had learned differently.

He'd been pissed all day since a girl had rejected him, saying no when he asked her to go to the winter formal with him. He'd had his eyes on the tattooed senior for a while. Well someone else had asked her first, but well, no one said no to him He got what he wanted. He always did.

"Get on the bed and take of your clothes, slowly. Unless you just want me to do it." He'd give her the choice. But if she took too long, he'd make the choice for her.

Romax - April 16, 2007 10:52 PM (GMT)
JJ bit her lip, glancing at the camera and the bed. Nick was right. She didn't want that again. But... she glanced at the camera again. God... she couldn't. She just couldn't. It made it worse, worse than it already was. She couldn't stand the thought of other people seeing. More, they'd watch because they wanted it. Because it turned them on.

No, God, she couldn't.

"Nicky... what you want, it--it could get us arrested. God, we could go to jail. Both of us." Desperately, she tried to convince him, tried to change his mind. Maybe she could appeal to his ego, the part that prided himself on being smart. "Nick, just... just think about it. This could blow up in your face. Please, Nick."

Vixey - April 16, 2007 11:45 PM (GMT)
"They won't be able to find where it's coming from stupid. There's so many servers, I could run it off of one from somewhere in America and they'd never know." He said.

"Ally... Do it now. Or I'll do it for you." Nick's face changed slightly, almost softer. "We'll just try this once. See how it looks." He said. "Take them off Ally. Get on the bed, and take of your clothes." He said as he drew closer to her. "Please don't make me say it again. I've had a bad day, and you know I'm not above taking ever damn thing out on you."

His eyes narrowed slowly. "Just do it."

Romax - April 16, 2007 11:56 PM (GMT)
JJ stared at him. He really didn't care. He really didn't. And he certainly didn't care about hurting her. He'd probably hurt her anyway, thinking of it. She thought about what he said, about running it off of some American server. It doesn't matter, a little part of her mind said. It's not worth it.

But it was. And more, JJ realized in a flash, he wouldn't run it off of something in America. His arrogance wouldn't let him. He'd want to attach his name to it, maybe hers. And it wouldn't be once. It'd be every damn time he pleased.

The way it was with everything else.

"No." She said again, knowing full well what could, and probably would, happen.

Vixey - April 17, 2007 12:11 AM (GMT)
Nick stood there glaring at her as she was silent. It was as if he could watch the wheels in her mind turning.

Then that word. The word that he told her he better never hear from her again. "Wrong answer Ally." A snarl formed on his face as he slammed the door shut and stormed over the bed straight for her. "I told you damn it, get on the fucken bed!"

Again he delt her a vicious backhand, throwing her on to the bed on her back.

"You're gonna regret this you stupid bitch..." He snapped as he began to unbutton the shirt she was wearing. "I'm gonna tear you up." He squeezed harshly at her small breasts before bracing her face between his hands, staring down at her with cold uncaring eyes. "Are you going to cooperate? Or am I going to have to remind you why you come when I call, why you listen to me."

Romax - April 17, 2007 12:19 AM (GMT)
She couldn't help the cry, ripped from her by that first shock of black-tipped pain. Her fingers dug into the mattress to keep them from clutching the already bruised cheek. But she didn't resist as he harshly unbuttoned her shirt, as a couple of buttons flew off with the force of it. Viciously, his fingers tightened around her breasts, sending more pain into her skull.

Abruptly, he let go, squeezed her face between his hands. "Not this time, Nicky." JJ whispered, staring into those coldly furious hazel eyes. Courage was a funny thing. She had it now but it was fleeting. It would be gone soon, replaced by fear.

Vixey - April 17, 2007 12:32 AM (GMT)
He smiled viciously down at her as she said no, yet again. There was that ugly ugly word. "Fine then... Have it your way... Just remember... You could have made this a lot easier. You asked for it." He turned her head to the computer. "And everyone's gonna watch you scream for mercy."

He laughed then, more of a chuckle really, but cold and dark. The kind of laugh that would make small childrent cry. He patted her cheek with a grin delight as he moved away ever so slightly.

His hands went to her pants and his fingers deflty undid the button and zipper of her jeans. He jerked her pants down to her knees, making it more difficult for her to move, to fight.

He turned her over. Honestly though, her 'courage' excited him. There were times he liked a fight. Times that he wanted to hear 'no'. And in a way this was one of them. His hands trailed slowly from the back of her neck, down ever so slowly to her backside. Now, if he had been a decent person, he would have stopped here. He would have realized just what he was doing.

But he first pressed his thumb roughly into her tighter hole. As if in warning. "Appologize... And I'll be nice tonight. Or are you going to be stupid again?"

Romax - April 17, 2007 12:43 AM (GMT)
He was right. What was the point of this? Was she trying to make some kind of stand? Because, if she was, it wouldn't change anything. It wouldn't help anything. She couldn't stop him, that had been made perfectly clear for a very long time.

But she stayed silent, even as he undid her jeans with the ease of long practice. They tangled around her the length of her legs, binding them. Twisted around her as they were, it would make it harder for her to move, to struggle. Not that she had any plans of doing so. JJ lay limp as he turned her onto her belly. She could feel the soft fabric of his sheets beneath her bared skin. A little thing, really, but she could almost take comfort in it.

Nick's hands, the big hard hands that could curl into bruising fists or gracefully haul in a well-thrown pass, slid down the skin from the back of her neck to her backside. Slowly. Intimately even. He took his time. He wanted her to know what was coming, remember what had come before. And, more, he wanted to remind her again how helpless she was against him. Roughly, one hand slid between her legs, even more roughly he pressed his thumb inside her.

"Not this time, Nick."

Vixey - April 17, 2007 12:59 AM (GMT)
"No appology? No plea for mercy?" He smiled and leaned down to her ear. "Have it your way then..."

He didn't say another word as he pulled her up to her knees, her backside perfectly at the height for him. Moving her cheeks aside slightly he positioned himself to enter. Tight and strong he forced himself into her, groaning with a dark satisfaction. He moved himself back and forth inside her. Slowly as her body was so tight that it was slightly hard for him to move.

Romax - April 17, 2007 04:36 AM (GMT)
Still, she did nothing, even as he pulled her to her knees. As his hands gripped her and adjusted her body until it was just right for him. Face turned so her unmarked cheek was pressed to the mattress and she could still breathe, JJ remained docile. Her thin fingers tightened on the sheets as he began to press into her, though that was more from the memory of pain than actual pain.

Pressure, at first, not quite pain. Not quite, not quite, until the pressure built. Slowly, gloatingly, he pushed deeper and deeper until she wasn't quite able to hold the whimper back. And still he bored into her, until he gave a deep moan of pleasure. Pleasure at her pain. Her breathing quickened slightly, but she did nothing. A tensing of her fingers, a slight sound, beyond that much, her reaction had been minimal.

Slowly, so slowly, he rocked back and forth, stretching her to the limit--and past. Sharp-tipped waves of pain spiraled outwards and her muscles jumped. JJ's eyes were open, stared emotionlessly at nothing.

Vixey - April 17, 2007 05:42 AM (GMT)
Nick waited for that tell-tale jerk of her body before unloading fully on her. He wanted her to scream... To fight him and beg for mercy.

He withdrew slowly, letting her feel every movement before pressing himself in harder and faster than before. He kept repeating the process, harder and faster each time as her body leanred to accomidate him more. God it felt great... Probably better than Eire would ever be... But god she was hot... How the hell could she turn him down?

At this thought he gave a growl of frustration and jammed himself into her roughly. He did this several times intil that tension was gone, but then there was still more. Why wouldn't she go to the dance with him? Did she think she was better just because she was a senior and he was a few months yonger than her. Another hard pummel into JJ as he grunted.

Romax - April 17, 2007 10:59 PM (GMT)
Holding himself inside of her for a moment, Nick slowly pulled away. His movements were restrained and deliberate, just to gloat a little bit more. A tear welled up in JJ's eye as he pushed forward again. She blinked and it went away, only to be replaced a moment later as he battered into her again.

God, it hurt. Again and again he slammed himself into her, viciously. But even as she bit through her lower lip, even as the sounds that tore out of her throat were more like animal whimpers than human, she didn't say a word. Her hands fisted as she fought down the urge to plead, as screams of agony strangled in her throat. She wouldn't let him hear them. Nick wanted her to beg, so she wouldn't. She wouldn't, keeping her teeth clamped down as the blood trickled down her thighs.

She wouldn't. So he pounded out whatever rage he had as she lay limp and unprotesting. Tears slid quietly from her open eyes.

Vixey - April 18, 2007 12:32 AM (GMT)
Again and again he plunged into her harder and faster as momentum and her body allowed. He heard the whimpers, felt her hot blood. And though she didn’t scream, he was still content. As he began to climax he thrust even harder into her than before, making sure to bury himself inside of her fully. His head tilted back with a grin and groan of satisfaction as he came.

He let himself rest inside of her before withdrawing. He leaned over her with a contented sigh as he looked over at the camera. “And just think… All the world’s gonna see what a trooper you are… And how, like always, you give in to me.” He said with a grin. “You’re a weak pathetic little girl… You’ll never be strong enough to fight me, so I don’t know why you even try.”

Without another word he left her laying and bleeding on his bed, in front of the camera for all to see. With a towel from his shower this morning he cleaned himself off. God he felt better now… Satisfied and stress free.

Once he was clean he put his boxers back on and tugged up his jeans. He meandered over to the camera and turned it off. “Now… Don’t you wish you had apologized? I wouldn’t have had to hurt you like that if you’d just apologize when you’re wrong Ally.”

Romax - April 18, 2007 02:30 AM (GMT)
It was never quite over. He pummeled her, hammering himself into her again and again. Even after he came, with a powerful thrust and a pleasured grunt, he lingered inside. Pain poured through her like fresh lava.

He withdrew with an obscene wet sucking sound, leaving JJ, mercifully, empty. Then he leaned over, rested his forehead on her shoulder as he whispered in her ear. Nick was right. He was always right. Why had she stood up to him? She'd only made it harder on herself. Just to play it up (for the camera, you know) he punctuated his words with a kiss on the cheek before rolling off of her and the bed. Until she knew she could stand without her knees buckling beneath her, JJ just lay there, sprawled out on his bed.

She heard a slight clicking noise as she stood and realized it was Nick hitting the power switch on the camera. Her jeans had slipped off, and she left them on the floor. Nick had seen it all and JJ ceased to even attempt at modesty anymore. Silently, she picked his discarded towel from the floor, steeled herself not to wince as she wiped the blood from her skin. Letting it drop, she tugged her clothes back on and began to walk towards the door.

I hope you die.
