I was wondering, is it possible to have a recurring NPC and turn it into a main character? Would you have to write up some stats for it if you did that?

I didn't see anything in the rules about this, but if there is something and I missed it, I apologize.

If you're turning it into a main character, aye, stats are required, especially if it's a vampire that's 200+. There is a semi-related rule about it, but it's more along the lines of creating main characters that could just as easily function as NPCs (which is kind of the reverse situation).
