Title: Question for the Oh-So-Wonderful Admins

Serenity - December 17, 2006 01:34 AM (GMT)
Okay... So I read the rules and you said no one can believe in vampires because they have no reason to. Well, what about the local crazies? I mean the ones that have no reason to believe in them, and yet do. Like, the ones that believe in aliens... though there is no proof. Can I be one of those?

If you already answered this question, please forgive me.

That’s a good question. I don’t recall there being a specific rule stating that no one is allowed to believe in vampires, but I haven’t been on here in a loooong time and so it’s quite possible this rule could have been added. I will check it out in about an hour when I get a little more time, and get back to you.

For now, I’m going to say that you are allowed to have a character that believes in the existence of vampires. I’m basing this off of the fact that Kira’s character Jeff does take them seriously, but in a sci-fi sorta way. So I’m willing to say others would also believe in the existence of vampires, whether from being one of those occult-gothic types, or from watching The Lost Boys one too many times.

However, if Kira does not agree with me, her decision is final.
