Marcus - April 25, 2005 05:30 AM (GMT)
Marcus was, in fact, right on time. He arrived on foot, having left his car parked in its reserved place a block or so away, and was humming as he went, stylized walking cane tapping an off beat to the melody.

He should have been nervous about his meeting -- nay, his date -- tonight, but he wasn't. At the very least, he should have been concerned with showing himself in public so very soon after the.. incident. Yet if the thought crossed his mind, it was in passing.

Indeed, there was nothing drifting through the Etruscan's thoughts but the anticipation of a night of music and the company of a very old flame.

Speaking of the long-burning spark, he came into Marcus's view and brought a smile to the Amman's well-formed lips. He'd been wondering what the Egyptian would look like in the trends of the modern world's fashions, and it was a pleasant surprise that Kashta did not look entirely out of place.

Marcus himself was dressed rather out-of-date, donning his typical outing attire, a button-up tunic of pale emerald with silver accents, along with black dress pants and shoes of the same colour and designation. The only deviation of this outfit in comparison to most was that the shirt he wore beneath was a washed-out grey hue in comparison to the usual muted beige. His medium brown hair was pulled back to the base of his neck, albeit none too neatly, as a few loose waves trailed here and there around his face. The modern hair products that would have fully tamed it were not something he cared for.

He wore a half-cape of a fabric akin to ebony velvet over his shoulders, linked across his chest by a silver chain which matched the scheme of his walking stick, which ruffled gently as he moved. He stopped before Kashta and gave a jaunty bow accompanied by a wink as he straightened and offered his arm to the smaller man.

"Shall we?"
