The proper form for posting a mortal character. As stated in Rules and Registration, copy and paste this form, complete it, then post this form in the Character Descriptions forum, located in the OOC section. After you have finished reading the rules, of course. YOU DO NOT PM THIS FORM TO ME, OR ANY OTHER ADMIN. Seriously, how hard is it to realize you post this form in the Character Descriptions section of the OOC forum? It’s the forum that’s at the bottom of the main page, closest to the Shout Box.
For the Topic Title of your character description, please enter your character's name {doesn't have to be the full name, just whatever name you'll be using}. In the space for Topic Description, please enter Mortal. This will make it much easier for us poor souls manually registering you new people. ^^

The Mortal Form:
Name: (Full character name. People do tend to have last and commonly middle names, remember, even century old vampires.)
Gender: (Self explanatory, I hope. ^.^)
Age: (How old your character actually is, in specific years.)
Place of Birth: (The place your character was born. Obviously.)
Species: Mortal. In the space for Topic Description, please also enter Mortal.
Appearance: (What your character looks like. This doesn't have to be an overly lengthy description, just enough to give other players an idea of what your character generally looks like, and to save you from having to type out such a description for every new topic that you make. Please use full, descriptive paragraphs; your profile will not be approved if your appearance is in point or another similarly simple form. Please avoid using pictures for this section; they should not be necessary if your writing is clear enough.)
History: (Your character's background, and his/her life until arriving in Demaitre. Their purpose in Demaitre, their job, etc.)
