Title: Night Classes Field Trip
Description: continued from Night Classes

Henri de Lesang - February 2, 2005 03:04 PM (GMT)
Henri dashed off across the high school lot and into the streets. He moved quickly through the shadow, not stopping until he reached a little used subway station. As he made his way down to the platform he could here Nevinino coming up behind him. They were in luck. The subway train was just pulling into the station.

As the cars slowed to a stop Henri took a seat on a bench, motioning for Nevinino to join him.

“Since you are my guest I would be honored if you would choose,” he waved his hand out motioning to the three mortals who had disembarked from the train. There was a short, plump man in a business suit who was carrying a brief case. A tall, blonde teenage girl, dressed in some prep school uniform, and finally an elderly woman. Henri’s finely manicured finger nails dug into the bench arm beside him. He hoped Nevinino would choose quickly, his hunger was increasing.

As they arrived at the subway many mortals were roaming around. He must be on the hunt Nevinino thought to himself. Taking a seat next to Henri he looked at the three mortals infront of them. One was a man clad in a suit, a preppy school girl and then an elderly lady. He thought deeply as he made his choice.

" The elderly women but, you must not kill her. I want you to sire her, her life is nearly over and I want to extend it"

Henri de Lesang - February 3, 2005 01:36 AM (GMT)
Henri couldn’t believe what he was hearing.

Sire her ?” The thought of spreading the pain he had undergone as an immortal was sickening. “You want me to make that woman a vampire?”

Henri’s face was frozen in a twist of horror and disgust. Feeding from humans was one thing, but forcing others to become like them.

“If I made her a vampire she would have to suffer the same thing that I have suffered. She would lose the sun, her friends, everything. She might not even want to live forever, how do you know she not just waiting to die?!” As Henri spoke he stood up in front of Nevinino hoping to find something the man’s reply, a look, a slight smirk, a certain tone in his voice, anything that would tell Henri he was joking.

He stood there standing and waiting.

He sat there with a blank expression on his face, he tilted his head so that now he was looking at Henri dead in the eye. " I am only doing what you wanted me to do, to teach you how to block it all out. To show no remorse for what the result of our lifestyle is" he said clearly trying to make his point come across clear.

" We do not know if she is wanting to live forever or to die right now but, did we when we were sired? No we did not wish to live a cursed life. Our sires bought this pain upon us. I only sire mortals because they have been able to live freely without having to hide their true identity. And its my way of having payback."

" You do not have to sire her if you do not wish to but, then you will have your way with that school girl over there. Your hungry and she just might satisfy you" he said as he looked over at the girl. He wasnt hungry since he had already hunted.

Henri de Lesang - February 3, 2005 03:32 AM (GMT)
And so Henri was left the decision: age and eternal life, or youth and death.

Block it all out…show no remorse. Henri had almost forgotten why he had asked the stranger on this hunt.

“La vieille, ensuite la jeunne,” Henri turned back to look at the mortals. The little, anemic teen had stopped to tie her shoe; the elderly lady seemed to be waiting for another train. “The old woman, and then the young girl; I am quite hungry tonight.”

Henri broke into a run, his body moving faster than the three mortal could see. In a blink he was upon the old woman, his fangs digging deep into her flesh, her blood pouring into his mouth. As he drank he glanced about the station. The teenager was still tying her shoe however, the business man had seen Henri, and was running for the stairs. Henri looked to Nevinino for assistance, hoping he would catch the man before he escaped the terminal.

He nodded his head again. Watching as Henri attacked the lady he looked at the man and the school girl hoping neither of them would be watching. But, the man was watching. Henri looked at him quickly, Nevinino got off the bench and quickly chased after the man. He might just have to kill this one or erase his memory.

" I love a game of cat and mouse" he said as he was right behind the man. Reaching out his hand he caught the man by his neck. His fingernails dug into his flesh. Gripping the mortal by the neck he walked back to where Henri was. " Finished yet?" he asked.

Henri de Lesang - February 3, 2005 04:09 PM (GMT)
Henri looked up at Nevinino.

“Finished yet?” Henri nodded and wiped his mouth. He turned his attention then to the teenage girl, her blonde hair had slipped to one side as she tied her shoe, revealing her delicate neck. He stood and began to stalk towards her, his black, shark-like eyes carefully examining her neck. As he moved closer he could hear her heartbeat, the soft pitter-patter of the heart valves. His mind was racing.

Block it out…show no remorse Nevinino’s words still lingered in Henri’s mind. Feed from her, take her blood his own inner monologue encouraged him. And so he gave in.

With a fury he had never known Henri leapt upon the girl, his mouth wrapping around the side of her neck, his fangs digging for blood. His wait brought them both to the floor, and he heard, ever so softly, a tiny crack.

Henri shot up right, spitting and spewing, he wiped his mouth but still he could not clear the taste from his mouth – the taste of dead blood.

“Damn this curse,” he shouted, kick the teenager. He turned to Nevinino, the black fading from his eyes, his blood lust fading. “What would you have me do now?”

[x] - February 3, 2005 04:50 PM (GMT)
He certainly is showing no remorse, it's an improvement. Nevinino thought to himself. Still with a frim grip around the mans neck he walked over to where the girl and the elderly women lay. " You must make them drink a vial of your blood. After that they will begin to change into immortals. We will have to dispose of their bodies else where they cant be awoken in a subway, they would kill every single mortal they see" he said as he dropped the man onto the ground. He was clinging to life just barely.

Henri de Lesang - February 6, 2005 05:53 AM (GMT)
“And just where would you suggest we turn them?” Henri was becoming annoyed, Nevinino was intent on turning these people, whether Henri liked it or not. “Some black alley? A sewer, no a night club perhaps? Just where would you have us haul these bodies?” Henri glanced to the old woman. “If we are going to turn them, I would suggest you think quickly. The fossil is edging closer and closer to her permanent expiry date.”

Henri looked to the business man. “And what of him,” the man’s eyes were slipping back into his head. “He is losing a lot of blood, your nails are almost as potent as your teeth dear Nevinino.”

[x] - February 6, 2005 07:43 AM (GMT)
" Um. We will leave them in the Cedarwood Park. We have to hurry they are nearly dead" he said as he turned to look at the business man on the ground. Nevinino always kept a two vials of blood with him at all times. In case of emergencies. Uncapping it he quickly made the man drink it all. " He's taken care of, now you must hurry up or they'll both die" he said quickly picking up the man by his suit.

Henri de Lesang - February 6, 2005 11:35 PM (GMT)
Henri looked at both women, he knew instantly there was not enough time to save both.

He ran to the old woman, slitting his wrist with his fang as he ran. He crouched beside her, holding her head up to his wrist, forcing her mouth to accept the red liquid pouring from his vein.

He heard something then, something he had been hoping he would not hear.

“Un autre train,” he cursed profusely in French then turned to face Nevinino. “Lead the way to the park.”

Henri then lifted the old woman, his twelve year old frame barely able to support her weight. Henri turned to face the stairs, then began to make his way out of the subway.
