Edit, I was talking about the Decathlon question obviously. But I see someone got there first.

Wrong. (If this was a proper pen & paper village hall quiz, you'd only get one go, in that spirit I think you should at least let someone else have a guess first.)

:) feel free to use it for the remaining questions. Or you could run down to the library and get The World At War out.

Glad Duckpin wasn't around the quiz would be over in 30 seconds flat. He's the Delphic Oracle in disguise.

I'm afraid of causing harm to my hand and my laptop. Had fun though. Also played Daley Thompson's Supertest, Hypersports, and a game based on the activities of Geoff Capes. Hypersports is best.

Only two remaining, the liner that was sunk on the first day of WW2, and how Susan BROWN (not Boyle, apologies for the typo) made history in 1981. That's Susan Brown....

1st test-tube baby mother? The baby was Louise I think.

Yes, that's wrong (although Louise was the girl's name).

It was in the Sports & Pastimes round, if that's any help.

With that clue I'm going guess she was the 1st female jockey in the Grand National.
