Here are some home towns and you are being asked to supply the artist that was born there. These are almost all 1950s artists. Some are identified with other towns or cities but I believe they were born here.

15. McComb, Mississippi - Changed my name; moved to Chicago and changed rock - Bo Diddley ELVISCHOMSKY
16. Holly Springs, Mississippi - I packed a lot of learning into my 2 years of school and I am better known today than back in the 50s. Co- Wrote a song for Elvis in the 50s - no hits; recorded by the Cramps and many others. Rockabilly Hall of Fame member - Charlie Feathers FLICKERINGLEXICON

There are a couple of well know rockers or rockabilly artists left and a couple of very well known jazzers....the remainder lived and worked in obscurity with only a flicker or two of national or international recognition
