The 12 minute version of Monster Mash will indeed be an attempt to reach this dizzy height, but will sadly fail
It's a short & sweet kind of song.

Yes. I'm hoping "Bury" will morph into a beast.

Nothing could top a monster track like the long version of Cruisers Creek, included on the US version of TNSG, one of the highlights of the '83-'85 Brix era.

Actually I don't particularly want one (not least since most of the ones folk rave about leave me pretty unmoved anyway), I'd rather have just a consistently good LP that builds on the promise of its predecessor.

Probably nothing to match Blindness, but several well-above-average songs.

A song where he bitches about everyone on FOF. Suggested title 'Alienated fanbase'.

It would go some to beat Blindness, so I said no.
But he's pulled stuff out of the bag before.

Actually, no monsters this time. I see them on a lean-and-boring kick.

Yes, there's a monster, on an otherwise middling album. Similar to "Fall Heads Roll."
junk-man - September 3, 2009 10:41 PM (GMT)
If there's a monster the studio version will make sure to have all its charm and dynamism systematically stripped away by MES' obtuseness

I bet it will be BURY or CHINO S
