There are good reasons I object to EC's dumbing down.

I wasn't going to put obsessed, but found myself explaining to a young Polish nurse today how good they were, as if I was 16 or something, not 50. Still she asked for a sample - and she meant of The Fall, what are you thinking of? So, maybe another fan. (She had never heard of them.)

Saying that twinz2z "called him a gay tripe" really doesn't do justice to the day's exchanges.

So far today (apologies to Zagat's):

twinz2z has called EC a "sad old queen" whose "intimidatory gay attitude" and "gay tripe" has "fucked it up completely", and who shoots down interesting conversations with "gay prattle". He also made a comment about lisping.

EC has called twinz2z a "right wing homophobe", a "homophobic retard" and a "hate filled fucking bigot", and suggested that he "get a life". The words "lovertits" and "Big Cocks!" were used in what seemed an unaffectionate manner, and twinz2z's spelling was mocked.

Sorry if I missed anything.

Reading between the lines I think that:

twinz2z doesn't like it when people repeatedly hijack threads with unrelated trivia. And that he may have a bit of a problem with gays (come on, what was that lisping bit about?).

EC doesn't like people who he thinks are homophobic, and considers twinz2z to be less intelligent than himself for several reasons including poor spelling, content of prior posts and aforementioned p-w-g.

As a newcomer to the site I have to say it's not exactly what I expected, but nevertheless compelling in a Reality TV kinda way. Keep it up fellas.
