The thing about this problem program is, it's not actually a virus, and therefore your virus checker will not pick it up. It's adware. So, you'll need to check your system manually for it, as the page advises.

There's a very good program for that called Ad-aware it automatically scans your computer for adware, malware and spyware and removes them. You can download it from www.lavasoft.com , it's free! :)
