Message in a Bottle was good. I liked Futures End, Basics, Equinox, Deadlock (one of my all time bests). Plus plenty more.

Yes it was very well written! And given that they all went back in time and erased everything that was done afterwards was the perfect opportunity to show us what life *could* be like if things went really bad for voyager causing them to have to go through a large amount of hostile space..
The trip though borg space could have even ended up worse then that if they had not of been able to manage to form the alliance that they did

Yeah. Voyager was very lucky, although it may not have been luck as much as hard work from an excellent crew.
(i know that's funny because it's a show and it had to go well for the series to continues but you know)

Well thats not quiet true actually - they could have struggled far more then they did to get through.. all the ship and crew had to do was actually survive, it didnt have to survive as well as it did ;)

Trust me in the world of TV people don't want to see the heros being completly downtrooden all the time. I think it if it had been real it was the crew and the ship... there is no such thing as luck

Unfortunatly this is true :/ and yet in movies the more beat up the hero is the better the movie, go figure huh? :)

Most people tend to unjoy the underdog thing but that's in movies. It wouldn't work for too long in a series mainly I think people would wake and relise that there is no way they could stick to those principles and things and still put up with it. you know go the way of the Equinox. Even in that episode Voy only on a little beaten up on and all of a sudden the Captain was revenge crazy and ready to murder people.
Anyway to sum up I think movies and TV work on different principles...
