Greetings, this is SE Commander.
Once upon a time in 1974, an old-time animation studio called Filmation associates obtained the animation rights from Paramount pictures to the original Star Trek series. The animation was wonderful and the music and storytelling was excellent in that day. Now, we have so many Star Trek titles, three adventures in the 24th century and a series called "Enterprise"which takes place in the 22nd century. But, what about the early 24 century? The time between Kirk and Picard. I think personally that this story should be animated. I would like to know how many naysayers say there shouldn't be another Star Trek animated series and I like to know how many would support the venture of another Star Trek animated series.
Thank you for this time.

Teletoon used to air the 70's TAS shows a few years ago but they stopped unfortunately. If they would do a new cartoon series they would definetly have to get with the times in terms of cartoon quality. You look at the quality of cartoons like Sonic X, TMNT and others lately on TV and it makes TAS look so 70'ish. :D

I have to go along with Qaballah on this one...leave the ones we have and just make them better. Add a few new movies, but no more new Star Treks.
