My note here--I think I have the solution to this...assuming the person who said this was Bajoran!

A "pagh tem'far", which is what I think the first part of this really is supposed to be, is a vision from the Prophets like what Sisko experiences in "Far Beyond the Stars".

My guess is, this phrase is something like, "May we be granted visions"...or much more loosely translated, "May the Prophets guide us."
