Title: More Skeletons In The Closet...

http://cgi6.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...&sort=3&rows=50...you may want some of this. And yes, I did used to be into Ozric Tentacles. I say ten Hail Marys every day now. And I'm not even religious.

I'd be tempted to bid for that Gigolo Aunts CD, but I'm really skint. That said, I think I'd only like 'Where I Find My Heaven', and I've already got that somewhere else.

Under two days to go and less than half of them are selling at the minute, so I guess there's the possibility of a bargain if there's anything that anyone wants on there!
http://cgi6.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...&sort=3&rows=50Of course, you might just want to scoff at the records I use to listen to, in which case the Reply button's down there...

I don't recall seeing any of these in the "Embarrassing Albums" thread???
Damian - September 4, 2004 01:41 AM (GMT)
The most embarrassing ones went a long while ago. There's a few distinctly dodgy ones in this list, but nothing compared to the diabolical stuff I previously disposed of.
20 out of 37 selling now, which is an improvement. The money is very definitely needed... just checked them now at the ridiculous time of 2.30am. The reason I'm round and about now is because I only just got back from seeing Keane and Elbow at a secret gig, of which a little more tomorrow...

29 out of 37 sold for a grand total of £104. I shall now eat this month. Hooray! Will let you know when I relist the remaining 8.

Boom! Relisted. You may once again buy some tat I used to listen to...

Telling us it's tat isn't a great selling point, as I was considering the Gigolo Aunts CD...
And remember; Another man's tat, is another man's phat!
Damian - September 8, 2004 08:54 AM (GMT)
True. Still, there's nothing wrong with any of them condition-wise... I just had to take a look round and be honest about how much time I have to play CDs. A few older ones that I just might play again got included.

The curtain comes down tonight on my current load of tat - grab yourself a bargain!
Ahem. I'm glad there's a separate forum for this, otherwise I'd feel like even more of an idiot...

I feel I should know Ozric Tentacles, but I'm too tired for brain function. Though given the post at the top of this topic, I don't think I'm missing much.

Mad instrumental stuff that I was into a few years ago for some reason. Included a permanently stoned 'frontman' who leapt around the stage playing a flute - occasionally he'd get near enough to the microphone that you could just about hear a note or two. At other times he'd pick up a small antenna like thing and spin it around above his head. Does that help? :)
Jayem - September 15, 2004 10:38 PM (GMT)
Not really, but I think I'll check them out... if only for randomness.
