Title: Who Would Like Two Of My Favourite Albums Ever?
Damian - September 9, 2008 10:38 PM (GMT)
I recently ordered the new Soulwax film (which I saw on a big screen and was excellent) from Amazon but was short of qualifying for free delivery.
They had the 10th anniversary edition of Ben Folds Five's "Whatever and Ever Amen" - pretty much my favourite record ever, for £4.98. Which left me 2p short. They also had the 10th anniversary edition of Foo Fighters' "The Colour and The Shape" for £4.98. That was it.
Both of these albums should live in people's collections, as far as I'm concerned, and the originals now need a home. First person to shout below for one or both gets. For nowt. I'll PM you for your address(es), if I don't have it/them already...

I've never really listened to Ben Folds before. I guess I probably should if you don't mind, Damian. Thanks!

I already own both, but I thought I'd pitch in to say something along the lines of "that's very kind of you, ol' chap".

I aim to please!
(Foo Fighters album still available)
Pete's Ben Folds album went in the post on Friday, yet by an improbable coincidence I went right by his house today, driving from a wedding in Northampton back to Bristol. (I recognised the road name on the sat nav)

Improbable? That's absolutely shocking!
Thanks for the CD. It's now on constant play in my car. Add my name to the list of people who need to buy you a pint a the next gig!
