Go and see this film. Just for the slugs. You know how those green aliens were the best bit in the Toy Story films, but they only appeared briefly? The slugs are far and away the best bit in this film, but this time the writers knew it, and they're in there constantly.

You'll thank me.

I saw Flushed Away on the South Bank Show Aardman (well, mainly Nick Park) special last week and wanted to see it straight away! I didn't realise it was out so soon and I doubt anyone I know will want to go and see it. Will have to wait for the DVD then...

You don't make it sound great by saying we should see it just for the slugs though. :P

The rest is perfectly decent, it's just that the slugs are fantastic.

If you don't know anyone else that'll go, do what I occasionally do - go on a Tuesday night - most of the cinemas do bargain showings. Mind you, my local Showcase (that does precisely that) is a minute away from my flat... it's only since I moved there that I've done it.
