Well, for noobs who don't know what airsofting is, I don't know why you are here. Anyways, Its kind of a sport where people use "airsoft guns" to shoot eachother, like paintball. The difference is, airsoft guns are replicas of real guns, and have orange tips on them (required by law) to tell that it is not a real gun. These airsoft guns shoot plastic BB's which of course hurt less than Real BB's or bullets, but can be dangerous if your an idiot.

Anywho, for starters, so far I gots a mostly amateur team of crackpots. I started the team and now have six or seven members. Sadly, I'm getting owned beacause everyone is getting AEG rifles and I have a pistol...still. (AEG guns are Automatic Electric Guns) So far, bad luck on any new guns, seeing how I now have a single fire Uzi that sucks, very badly and am returning it this week to get my fricking money back and getting a better gun.

So, I'm currently saving up for a new airsoft gun, already got a shotgun/ medium rifle. I need a automaic. I'm not a Super Big fan of MP5's, but they look nice and compact.

Clip Capacity - 100 something, has a high capacity mag, and i already got spares from my last crappy MP5.
No special features besides stock - the only thing i don't like about it.
Interchangeable parts though, but no accessory rails like i need for mounting scopes, but oh well.

But scope is nice, i have a scope on a 350 Fps Medium rifle, plus what kind of airsoft gun will shoot further than what a red dot scope can accomplish? :D

Anyways, i would probably use me new 400fps Co2 pistol. Yeah, it hurts, got shot by it ten feet away. I have skin missing. D:

Paintball Vs. Airsofting:

Paintballing - Uses Co2 powered guns that shoot round paintball at a very high velocity to make the paint splatter so you know u have hit someone. Bad news, the guns are usually expensive and require Co2 cartidges that have to be refilled a lot. Also you can't really go paintballing everywhere due to the massive paint mess, which is washable though. Also a downfall is the lack of real looking guns, they have massive containers for painballs and tubes running around them.

Airsofting - Uses Co2, Electric, or spring powered guns that shoot small plastic BB's at low to very high velocity. These guns are much more cost effective, unless you take it too far and buy a really over priced gun. The guns are mostly replicas of real guns, 1/1 scale and also avalible in mini versions. You can go airsofting just about anywhere you wont get caught by someone who doesn't enjoy shooting. The only evidence being small 6mm pellets on the ground. If only they were biodegradable. Bad things are sometime's you cannot tell if you have been hit, but thats only when you have a weak gun, or really thick layers.

List of powers:

Co2 - Compressed air, the most powerful of sources, fatal downfall is that it rapidly decreases power until it runs out of air and then you must replace it.

Electric - Uses rechargeable or non-rechargeable batteries for a power source. It usually lasts longer than Co2, and may or may not lose power rapidly like Co2.

Spring - Uses a plain old spring to power the gun. No maintinence, no fuss. The only drawback is that spring powered guns cannot do rapid fire unless you do a lot of pumping, lol. The bigger the power of the spring gun, the bigger the spring, so the bigger the gun.

Operations map:

This thing will go down on Dec. 26th at sundown

We approach from the north a.k.a. the street
Followed by Alpha squad moving to the side of the house to cover the back and front door.
Delta squad covers the side door and lures the target outside via comm link.
If the target refuses to comply we have two options:

Plan A:

"Breach and clear" force entry into all guarded access points and capture target to take back to base

Plan B:

"Hambasket" Kidnapped person attempts to gain access to the base unarmed. If the target takes the bait all other operatives will come out of hiding and approach and apprehend the target.

After we've got him, well see what we can do. Remember, attack first, ask questions later.
