Aeson entered the warm building with a smile on his face, adjusting his fluffy white scarf around his neck and brushing the snowflakes from his shoulders. They had opened the door to the coffee shop and a chilly gust of wind had come in with them, they got a few looks from unhappy customers that probably had to deal with it each time someone new entered the Half-baked Bean.
The younger boy turned around to face Tyler, still smiling. His cheeks were alittle pink from the chill -- and partially from the blush that still hadn't left him since Tyler kissed his hand -- and his hair was abit mussed. He glanced around the cozy shop.
".. .. Where should we sit?" Aeson rubbed his gloved hands together and blew into them to keep warm.

Tyler came in just behind Aeson, bits of snow settling on him for a few seconds before melting. As Aeson turned to him, Tyler took his beanie off to get the snow away- and he was struck by an interesing idea. He made the movement into a little bit of a flourish, as if he took his hat off because of the other's presence, smiling softly. He looked around pensively before dark eyes went back to Aeson.
"Here," he said quietly, and with another teasing little smile he reached for one of Aeson's hand to gently lead him to a table in a corner, with the window wall on one side.

Aeson smiled faintly at the other's cute flourish, and a soft giggle escaped his soft lips. "Haha, cute." He poked his tongue out in a teasing fashion. But he nodded his head and allowed Tyler to take his hand and guide him through the tables.
The contact of his warm hand against Ty's caused more of the soft rosey blush to appear on his smooth face. They came to the table and he smiled to Tyler, gazing out the window for a moment. "Mm, I love the snow."
Dro - December 14, 2005 09:52 PM (GMT)
"So I've been told." Ty replied, his voice just slightly teasing.
He pretended not to notice Aeson's blushing, though he did notice it. It was another of those little touches that were so endearing, the cuteness making Ty look for excuses to cause it. Even when they had gotten to the table his hand lingered and Ty calmed the urge to kiss it again. To just give all these little kisses and-. Of course he couldn't. He let go.
"Snow makes everything prettier." Dark eyes glanced from the window to Aeson, staying before looking down. "...if only it wasn't so cold."
xii-tonique - December 15, 2005 11:43 PM (GMT)
The younger male smiled lightly at the hand left with his own for a few more moments. This made him feel lucky. He felt lucky that he had come across Tyler, and that perhaps he'd have a chance at making a long-time friend here. Or .. more? Heh.
The boy giggled softly as Ty teased him, he felt slightly embarrassed that he'd already mentioned his fondness of the weather more than once. How silly, maybe he was just twitterpated or something. Hehe!
Aeson nodded in agreement as Tyler spoke again, of how much prettier everything looked while covered in snow. He couldn't help but notice a few snowflakes still laying on Ty's shoulder; he blushed faintly again.
"Mm, I don't mind. As long as I bundle up, I can enjoy it fully," Aeson rest his gloves in his lap and looked up to the chalkboards behind the counter with the menu's on them. He didn't want to squint to read them properly, and he again cursed his damned nearsightedness. He'd just go with a hotchocolate and extra whipped cream.
Yummy!

Ty couldn't his slight smiles and soft grins away, especially not when Aeson giggled like that. "You're very..." For a moment his grin twitched into something less timid, but only for a moment. "Blushy." In another bold move, Ty reached across to touch Aeson's cheek. As he pulled his hand back, a very faint blush could be seen on his own face.
"It's cute." Tyler followed Aeson's eyes, and finding an excuse to look away, studied the menu. He didn't really like coffee all that much, and he didn't need something warm. He was already a bit heated, and it was ridiculous. Why was he finding Aeson so adorable? Why couldn't he control his flirting? It was weird.
xii-tonique - December 19, 2005 01:35 AM (GMT)
Aeson looked down as Tyler began his sentence with 'you're very..', he couldn't help but feel a twinge of fear for a split second, but a wave of relief and butterflies came over him as Ty finished with 'blushy'.
He glanced up as Ty as he told him it was cute. 'He thinks I'm .. cute?' A small grin lit his features and he noticed the blush on the other's face.
The waitress caught Ty's eye and called over to them what they'd like. Aeson looked over to her. "One hot chocolate with extra whipped cream, please." He glanced to Ty, waiting for him to tell the waitress what he wanted.
So they could go on with flirting.
Dro - December 22, 2005 02:21 AM (GMT)
"A little cup of whipped cream." Of course, the minute those words left his lips Ty blushed faintly, looking away absently. Eating whipped cream? It certainly wasn't going to help him stop flirting. Pierce-
He shut his eyes for a moment before shivering and opening them. Any thought that started with Pierce ended in pain. That kind of thing was fine in his bed, but anywhere else it wasn't a good idea, especially when he was with someone. Especially when he was with someone he was, no matter how hard he tried not to, flirting with. He summoned up a little smile.
"D'you live around here?"
xii-tonique - December 24, 2005 05:11 PM (GMT)
Aeson's slender fingers brushed lightly over his own lips as he giggled softly at Ty's remark. Well, he happened to enjoy eating yummy, smooth, whit -- Aeson! Tsk, tsk. Such thoughts shouldn't be encouraged!
His slim hand moved to rest on the table before him after Ty asked about his residence. The younger of the two glanced out the window for a moment. "Well, I live with my friend Summer right now .. M .. My parents passed away .." Aeson decided to leave it at that. Perhaps later on he could tell everything to Tyler -- he honestly felt he could.
"What about you?" He smiled thankfully to the waitress when she set his drink down. "I'd bet you live with your .. significent other," Aeson smiled faintly, brushing his index finger gentley through the mountain of whipped cream, glancing shyly up at Ty before lightly sucking the whipped cream from his finger and setting his hands on his lap again. Only to smile all blushy-like up at Ty to top it all off.
Dro - December 24, 2005 06:59 PM (GMT)
The bit of forced smile slipped into something more natural at Aes' giggles. The boy was just so cute! Even Pierce-related thoughts couldn't depress him for long with such an adorable person. The smile faded a little, and his hands grasped his little cream cup solemnly. "That's... sad." he said softly. Dark eyes focused absently on his little treat. Like a cat, his little pink tongue flicked out at the whipped cream.
He looked up at Aes' question, brow furrowed for a minute. "...No. I don't even have a cat." Ty looked depressed for a minute, but was rather distracted by what Aeson did next. He couldn't help blushing a little just watching- he was being teased! Well, two could play at that game and Ty had been able to watch one of the masters at work.
The darkling swiped a blob of the cream with two fingers, bringing them placidly to his mouth so that they just barely touched his lips. Then he flicked his tongue out again, licking them clean slowly slowly before smiling. "Do you? Have a someone, I mean."
xii-tonique - December 24, 2005 07:24 PM (GMT)
Aeson smiled sadley in response to Ty's two words on his parents. Well, he hadn't really expected a big long speach on how he was so brave, and how he would make it through if he kept his chin up. There were worse things in his life right now than being depressed about his parents.
He was too busy being depressed about his foster parents.
Aeson took a sip of his hot chocolate, a little of the whipped cream remaining on his upper lip. His tongue escaped those pale, rosey lips to lightly lick it up. Of course this was followed with a slight blush.
"Not even a cat? You must be lonely, Tyler," He pouted alittle as he watched the other male tease him in return. A soft gasp escaped him and he covered by coughing quietly. "Pardon me," He closed his eyes in a timid grin of apology. Aeson looked up again at Tyler when he was asked a question.
"Oh, heh, me? No, of course not," He gently picked up his cup and gulped down some more of the warm drink. Again he was left with some whipped cream, this time a tad on the tip of his nose. He didn't notice and continued smiling faintly over at Tyler.
Dro - December 25, 2005 02:43 AM (GMT)
"Maybe," he replied. What he really meant was yes, of course he got lonely. He could always spend some time envying Alexander and Hephaestion when he got really desperate, he read Harry Potter fanfiction. It was better than nothing. He certainly wasn't lonely now, what with Aeson's adorable little noises. Like that one- right there!
Ty couldn't help the smug grin that spread on his face, instead focusing on his whipped cream and pretending he hadn't noticed. "Can't imagine why not..." it was said in the same just-above-whisper volume, and his eyes widened slightly. He'd said that out loud? Dark eyes flickered, looking for something else- there.
With a bit of a grin, Ty reached out with a napkin to wipe the bit of cream off Aes' nose.
xii-tonique - December 27, 2005 07:27 AM (GMT)
Aeson only nodded quietly and gazed out the window again. He hated being alone, most of the time anyways. He turned back to look at Ty again when the other commented on his lack of past lovers.
He opened his mouth to say something, but closed it abruptly as Ty dabbed the small amount of whipped cream from his nose. "Hehe, thanks," Of course this was followed by another soft blush.
"Well, it's not very surprising to me. I can say a million things about me that repell people," Aeson sipped the last bit of his drink and noticed Ty's was now empty as well. "But I won't say them, otherwise I may find myself without company again, heh." He smiled faintly and watched a large amount of people pour in.
"Wow, look at them all," Slowly but surley the crowd found places to sit, and the door became unclogged. He saw the waitress asking other people that were done to start making room for new customers. "Uh oh, looks like we're going to lose our seats."
Dro - December 31, 2005 03:46 AM (GMT)
Ty giggled, just for a second and very softly as Aes blushed again. "You're welcome." He frowned a little as Aeson said how he could think of tons of things that would repel people, though he couldn't help a slight smirk after his second remark. "Oh no, you're stuck with me now, heh..." His eyes followed those of the younger male, watching the crow steadily before looking at the chalkboards. He rummaged about in his pockets, finally pulling out a little black-and-white checkered wallet and picking out the right amount of money, leaving it on the table.
"Let's save them the trouble?" He stood up, walking a bit closer to Aeson before he offered his hand with a slight, teasing bow of the head.
xii-tonique - December 31, 2005 09:45 PM (GMT)
A soft bit of laughter came from the younger when Tyler told him he was stuck with him. Well, that didn't sound so bad at all. But he didn't say anything, feeling anything he could say would be inappropriate.
Aeson blushed and bit his lip when the other opened his wallet to pay. How stupid, he had had enough money to pay for his own drink. "Y-you didn't have to, I could've ..." But Ty had already come to offer him his hand like a gentleman.
"Oh, thank you," Aeson giggled, touching two fingers to his own lips before reaching out and grasping the other hand lightly in his own slender one. His other hand held his gloves and he grinned bashfully at the other male, prepared to be lead out of the building.
Aeson tried to ignore the few looks they got from the others seated.
Dro - December 31, 2005 11:41 PM (GMT)
As he watched Aeson Tyler couldn't help but start to grin again. It was as if he was infatuated with the boy. No, of course not...
Ty led him toward the door, still holding his hand and walking a bit turned so that he could look at Aes without tripping up. As they reached the door Ty looked about automatically, but he stopped as his dark eyes caught something hanging over their heads and he grinned. "Mistletoe..." Even through his darker skin it was easy to see his light blush as he looked away bashfully, as if he couldn't believe it.
He couldn't. It was a perfect reason to just-. But of course, he couldn't... could he? Still blushing, Ty leaned forward to press his lips against Aeson's.
xii-tonique - December 31, 2005 11:56 PM (GMT)
Aeson followed like a little puppy, blushing and smiling bashfully all the while. Ty? Infatuated with Aeson? Wouldn't that just be music to his ears? The young male was too preoccupied gazing at a lovely looking trifle in the glass case at the front counter to notice what was above his head. Not to mention his head was completley in the clouds holding this gorgeous, adorable, sweet guys hand!
But when he realized what was happening, everything seemd to just ... slow down. Aeson's eyes widened for a second before closing. It was his first kiss, and he wasn't really sure how to return it ... So he just copied Tyler as best as he could, and it seemed to last for such a long time.
When it was over, however, Aeson was short of breath and blushing. His lips were rosier and it seemed that their kiss was only a second long. His eyes slowly opened, and he gazed at Ty's lips for a moment before his eyes rose to meet the other's.
"Hhh ..." Only a soft exhale was emitted from his just-kissed lips, and his hand gently squeezed Ty's.
