The spectre of the man moved among the late afternoon shadows. Keaton really was full of all sorts of interesting things besides his son. Macsen Kildares has found many points of interest on each of his numerous visits here. Perhaps at some future point he might even find a body to sucker inot inhabiting here. There are a lot more Initiates then one might think here.

He had spent the bulk of this day observing his son Patrick. It really was a shame he needed the boy's body and that he's have to destroy his mind, the boy would have made a brilliant pupil.

Today he's investigating the whole campus more thoroughly, apparently Vivienne had figured out he had a vested interest in Patrick. Had his daughter figured out she had a half brother yet? He didn't know. He also found it interesting his other bstard son was friends with Patrick. A strange coincidence that they'd been drawn to eachother unwitingly. Such things intrigued the spectre.

He moved in and out of the patches of shadow in the breezeways. He didn't care if anyone saw him. He could withdraw beyond the veil of the dead rather quickly. He doubted anything here was powerful enough to bind him. So he really isn't being as discreet as he should be.

Walking down the hallway was a small Chinese woman with a paper in her hand. Eyes were on the paper as she tried to figure out exactly where the faculty lounge was. In the other hand was a large bouquet of flowers that was supposed to be a surprise for a teacher’s birthday.

She had on her normal work attire of khaki pants and a blue button down t-shirt.

Lin looked up occasionally at doors she passed by to see if she had the right one or was even getting close. Why did universities have to be so large?

Looking further down the hallway she stops walking. What the heck was a ghost doing in the university? He was just standing there like it didn’t matter if somebody saw him or not. Ghosts were so weird in Lin’s opinion. Hopefully she would not end up becoming one herself.

She started walking towards the see through figure and stopped a few feet away from him.

”Why would a ghost be at a school?” So blunt, but this was making her curious.

(forgive me for this being short, you know what a twirp the Mac daddy can be though)

"What any self respecting man would be, I'm checking out the co-eds, I'm dead, not DEAD." he informs her sarcastically.

She laughed slightly at his comment. ”Well then do you know where the faculty lounge is? I need to get these there.” Might as well ask him since he’s been hanging around.

K-Squared - September 16, 2005 10:26 PM (GMT)
"Do I look like a sign post? Or a tour guide? Hmmm, ask me about the underworld, I'm only here for the scenery." He said so sarcastically.

A ‘humph’ was emitted from the woman as she got no help from the ghost. Joy.

”Fine then. I guess I’ll continue my search and let you continue your people watching.” She made it sound like it was a hobby, like a person who bird watches. With an eye roll she continued down the hallway looking for the right number for the lounge.

He followed her, for no better reason than he is evil and it's his perogative to do so. "You seem terribly unruffled by an encounter with the undead." He told her

”It’s not the most unusual occurrence I’ve had before. Try a demon that has four horns and a spiked tail and has orange skin.” That had been an unusual occurrence. Besides, this ghost wasn’t the first one she has encountered before. There was another she had the pleasure of meeting right when she moved to Bayfield. It had freaked her out at first, but didn’t find it to be too bad. So this one did little to startle her.

Every now and then she is looking at her paper and then at the doors.

K-Squared - September 17, 2005 04:04 AM (GMT)
"Demons, oh you can't be serious, I've killed many of their kind." he bragged. "They aren't at all startling."

foreverchanging - September 17, 2005 04:10 AM (GMT)
”Whoop de do. Like that matters to me cause ya know…your dead. No need to brag. I’m sure you were quite the stud in your day.” Boy was she just drooling with sarcasm in her last sentence.

”Ah ha.” Finally she found the right door. She knocked on it once and heard someone to tell her to come in. Opening the door she stepped inside and gave the lady the flowers. She thanked her for bringing them and went on about how this was going to make her friends day and ya da ya da ya da.

Getting paid she said her thank you and then walked out the door again and back down the hallway towards the van.

”Why are you following me anyways? I’m not that interesting.” Well some might say she was. Take the butcher that she used as a toy a couple months back. That had been really entertaining. I’m sure he would say she was interesting, but in a bad way.

"Because you have mage stink on you. and I could use a mage." he says. He doesn't tell her what for, namely he needs a body. That sort of information always alarms people.

foreverchanging - September 17, 2005 04:23 AM (GMT)
”Thanks for that lovely use of wording.” Stink. What a weird way to describe a scent.

”What do you need a mage for?” Of course she was curious to know. Like she needed to go and get her boss in some kind of trouble with a ghost that decided to follow her around.

K-Squared - September 17, 2005 04:39 AM (GMT)
"Advice, of coarse." he says trying to sound reassuring. He is quite creepy though, especailly disembodied.

foreverchanging - September 17, 2005 04:43 AM (GMT)
”What would a ghost need advice about?” She’s picking up the creepy vibe. Call it an extra sense thanks to her were.

Stepping outside of the building and into the sunlight, pupils narrowed to slits so she could see better. One might say that her were self never completely disappears. She can’t help it if she likes being a playful kitty.

K-Squared - September 17, 2005 04:50 AM (GMT)
"Reincarnation." He says try9ing to keep to the shadows. Direct sunlight seems to weaken him.

She paused when she got to the van and turned around to look at the ghost staying in the shadows.

”Isn’t that kind of dangerous? I mean you’re dead. You’re supposed to stay dead right?” The magical world confused her sometimes. Cheating death just didn’t seem right to her.

K-Squared - September 17, 2005 04:57 AM (GMT)
"My body will stay dead." he says softly. He is surely keeping ou of the light. He sems to be almost faded anytime the light touches him.

foreverchanging - September 17, 2005 05:00 AM (GMT)
”You lost me. Exactly how do you get reincarnated them?” Maybe she should just try and ignore what all magic did and didn’t do and stick to her kitty toys. After all magic didn’t really pertain to her. She’s unlocked the van and opened the door now, but she hasn’t gotten in yet.

K-Squared - September 17, 2005 05:02 AM (GMT)
"There are several ways. I could show you if you invite me to teach you." he said with a smile.

foreverchanging - September 17, 2005 05:08 AM (GMT)
Eye brow rose. ”No thanks. I don’t need to be reincarnating anything.” Finally she got into the van and shut the door behind her, starting the ignition.

K-Squared - September 17, 2005 05:15 AM (GMT)
The ghost drew back into th shadows. Perhaps he could find easier prey elsewhere on campus.

foreverchanging - September 17, 2005 03:40 PM (GMT)
She pulled out of the parking lot and then headed back for the flower shop.
