Title: Friday Night And Not Sittin' At Home
oneofmanysouls - August 25, 2005 06:14 PM (GMT)
How long can one just sit around doing nothing and waiting for their phone to ring? She needed to get out and do something. Something other than just shopping for a change. Yes. She needed some excitement in her life. Right now. It’s Friday night and she sure as hell isn’t going to just sit around her hotel room and wait for her phone to ring. No way. She’s going out.
She takes a hot shower, gets out and dries off. She pulls on a pair of skin tight black jeans and a light, light blue tube top. She puts her make-up on and fixes her hair. She leaves it down tonight. She likes it better when it’s left down. She thinks it adds to her already stunning looks. And it probably does too.
She struts into the club ‘Faded’ and pauses for a moment to look around. He heads right on over to the bar. “Give me a beer,” she tells the bartender. Now she waits.
Vampyrs_Lament - August 25, 2005 07:20 PM (GMT)
He rarely is alone. Really, it is for his own good that he is a kept creature, his master means good by it. But some of the other lycanthropes that get assigned to watch him, to say no where he can not resist, glamorized babysitters, were of the least entertaining sort. And many of them were wolves. There are not many wolves who can honestly get along with a panther. And because Gabriel is more of a panther then a human, he too tends to settle in the worst place against them.
He had left the strip club through a side exit and so was still in his, shall we call it, costum. This contained of very little, and though Gabriel felt comfortable and looked marvolous, it was something that one might expect Justin to wear to public and not Gabriel. The pants were of false leather, made to look real. They slid over his thighs and hung low on his waist. They were not pants at all. Rather, they were chaps, buckles riding up the outside of his leg, the gap opening over his groin and butt and flaunting pale flesh of inner thigh to his knees. Covering him were a pair of leather boyshorts. His shirt was a shredded material. If mesh and polyester could mate, and then be chewed on by a pair of scissors, this would be the result. It flashed much of his thin chest and back, showed as much as it covered, flaunted one of his nipples, a silver ring through it.
He moved like an animal, useing muscle that a human did not use, sliding between people. But he strutt, a walk with the swing of hip that was delicatly feminin, a roll of the shoulder that was distinctly masculine. His silver eyes, the pupil a vertical stretch much like a cats, cast around, a hand comeing up to swip at the hair that hung in his face. His cut was short in the back and on the sides but the top was left an inch and a half long and laying messily. Some might get confused. Is it gray or is it black?
He approached the bar, lingered for a moment, and then turned a semi-circle as if he did not know what he should do. In all honesty, with this freedom in a bar, he did not know.
oneofmanysouls - August 25, 2005 07:28 PM (GMT)
Tina had just gotten her beer from the bartender and turned around to watch the crowd. She wasn’t looking for anyone in particular. Just someone to have a good time with I guess you could say. She flips some of her hair over her left shoulder and begins tipping the beer bottle back towards her mouth. The music is loud. The place is crowded. Of course it’s crowded. It’s Friday night. No one wants to hang out at home on a Friday night. Especially not her.
She watches as someone enters the bar and watches as he moves gracefully through the crowd. Her eyes take in his attire and she lifts an eyebrow. She takes a swig of her beer before turning to face him fully once he was near enough. “Hey there,” she says with her usual tease in her voice. “Do you always go out dressed like that?”
Vampyrs_Lament - August 25, 2005 07:36 PM (GMT)
He turned to the voice. Really, the music was much too loud. But he had heard her nonetheless. He turned and found the source, and he smiled. His silver cat eyes flashed and he smiled. His smile was sweet, innocent in a way. Delicate fangs rested in his smile, two at the top and two at the bottom, like a kitty cats mouth. But unlike a kitty cat's mouth, the rest of his teeth were flat and human-like.
"Only when I've just left work." He replied. One hand touched the bottom of the shorts. "I usually dress a little different." A little being the key word to that sentance. And because he did not know what to do, he strod towards her in long, fluid steps to stand beside her. "I'm Gabriel."
oneofmanysouls - August 25, 2005 07:40 PM (GMT)
This was Bayfield. She wasn’t at all surprised at the sight of his fangs when he smiled. She knew that there were various creatures that walked the streets in this city. It hadn’t taken her long at all to learn of such things. She didn’t find it odd in the least. Every where she went, there were various things and such that walked the earth. She also read a lot of books, surprisingly.
“Pleasure to meet you Gabriel. I’m Tina,” she answered back and continued to smile. “And what is it that you do that you dress such as that?”
Vampyrs_Lament - August 25, 2005 07:44 PM (GMT)
"Tina," he repeated, commiting the name to memory. "I strip," he replied simply. He said it in the same manner of which he wore the clothing. He wore them as though they were common casual dress, and he said it as though it was a typical job, a politically regular job. He moved to lean on the bar, watching the bar tender. "What do you do?"
When the bar tender reached him he smiled again. He did so without concealing what he was in the least. After all, if you are born a cat, you tend to be more cat, correct? "A beer. Mmn. Coors."
oneofmanysouls - August 25, 2005 07:49 PM (GMT)
Her eyes seemed to light up as she listened to him. “Oh... Where do you strip at? It sounds... interesting.” There was that flirty sound in her voice again. “I shop,” she admitted. Yes. That’s all she did. Well. Not really /all/. She shops and she fucks. That’s about it. That’s all she ever wants to do. Real nice, eh? Oh wait. There is one more thing that she does. She likes to make certain peoples lives hell. *coughGunncough*
Vampyrs_Lament - August 25, 2005 08:01 PM (GMT)
"My master's club." He replied. You must know where his master's club is, Everyone does. "The Crimen Delectatio," he added sheepishly, he's only realized that she did not likely know who his master was or what club he might own. "It is down the street from here, it caters to things like me and him."
And he said 'things' in a proud and honest tone. When his beer came he dropped change on the counter. Where had that come from? Were there even pockets in those pants? He lifted his beer to his nose and sniffed at it before sipping it, and then sniffed it again before seating himself on a stool, sitting at it's edge and more so leaning on it then sitting.
oneofmanysouls - August 25, 2005 08:03 PM (GMT)
She blinked and tilted her head to the side slightly. “Your master?” she asked in a confused sounding voice. Now this really was a first for her.
((omgosh... it’s short... I’m so sorry x.x))
Vampyrs_Lament - August 25, 2005 08:14 PM (GMT)
Gabriel nodded, nearly happily. "Yes. My master, Asher. He lets me live with him and his children until they leave him." He imitated her and turned his head to the side like she had. More of the long hair from the top of his head fell into his face. He shook his head to remove it from his eyes.
"Have you ever been there?" To the strip bar down the street. "I've never seen you."
OOC: It's quite alright, my own are falling short as well
oneofmanysouls - August 25, 2005 08:16 PM (GMT)
She listens to his happy explanation. It really was the strangest thing she’s heard. “No. I’ve not been there. I wasn’t even aware that there was a strip club out here,” she answered. Her eyes traveled over him again before returning to his face. “But I’ll have to be sure to check it out, that’s for sure.” She brought her beer up to her mouth and took a swig. “So if you already work in a club, how come you’re here in this one?”
Vampyrs_Lament - August 25, 2005 08:24 PM (GMT)
"You should," he replied. And then the smile spread over his lips once more, "you should come watch me preform. I change." Of course, in all of his time being around lycanthropes, it is a rarity for Gabriel to speak, unsupervised, to a human. And so he simply uses the slang that he would use with another Lycanthrope. change should not be so difficult to understand, that is, if she knows what he is.
"It would be rather rediculous to party in the club you work in wouldn't it?" He sounded not as if the question were rhetorical but he was really asking her oppinion. "Besides, a strip club isn't a dance club."
oneofmanysouls - August 25, 2005 08:33 PM (GMT)
“Mmm,” came her response at his offer to go and watch him perform. He changes? Something about the way he said it really shouldn’t surprise her. However, it did a little. Confused her really. She didn’t ask about it though. Just brushed it aside. Of course he changes. Outfits. Right? At least that’s what she’s now thinking.
“That’s true. But, being a striper, don’t you get tired of dancing?”
Vampyrs_Lament - August 25, 2005 08:44 PM (GMT)
He shook his head, giving her a look that said clearly she should never say such things in his presance. "No, never." Then he paused, turned his head to the side and looked over the danceing forms of humans, among many other things.
"Well, I don't get tired of it, but there is only one thing I would prefere then to dance." He turned back and took another drink from his bottle. "changing. Asher says that the longer I stay changed the harder it will be to be human again so he says I shouldn't do it too often."
Turning his head again he asked, "do you like to dance?"
oneofmanysouls - August 25, 2005 08:58 PM (GMT)
Again with the changing thing. She was now realizing that he was not talking about merely changing clothes. She was unsure if she should ask him about it or not though. What if it was something she really didn’t want to know?
“Yes. I like to dance. I like to dance a lot.” Both in and out of bed.
Vampyrs_Lament - August 25, 2005 09:03 PM (GMT)
Gabriel took yet another drink, his eyes closing, savoring the chill of it in his throat. And then he set the bottle to the bar top and reached out a hand holding it outward in front of her bottle, his other hand reaching out and pausing at the space in height and distance that one would meet in a handshake.
"Then dance with me." It was not so much a demand as an attempt at convincing her, at urging her to do with him what he almost loves the most.
oneofmanysouls - August 25, 2005 09:10 PM (GMT)
She tilted her head back to finish off her beer and let him take it once it was empty. Her other hand reached out and took his other hand. “I thought you’d never ask,” she nearly purred. Not literally purred since she’s not a werecat. Obviously ;)
Vampyrs_Lament - August 25, 2005 09:17 PM (GMT)
His hands were soft, velvety. His skin seemed smooth, almost like touching fur, only not. He's never seen a hard day of work in his life as a human. As a panther, however, the story is different. He set her bottle aside and lead her to the floor, to a point halfway to the center of the crowd where it was not so terribly thick that one could not move.
Without a moments hesitation, he's already fallen into rhythem with the music. He has yet to release her hand, much of his movment in the area you would expect a stripper to use, his hips, groin, his arms and his shoulders. The rest of him moves as well but these are the needed areas.
He truely is a wonderful dancer.
oneofmanysouls - August 25, 2005 09:56 PM (GMT)
She gladly lets him lead her onto the dance floor. She almost forgets to get into the music as well as she watches him begin to dance. Someone give the girl a drool rag. Sheesh. Finally, her head seems to come out of the clouds and her body begins to move with his. Her body moves in all the right places in all the right ways. She’s not such a bad dancer herself.
Vampyrs_Lament - August 26, 2005 07:03 PM (GMT)
His body rolled against hers and indeed, those muscles he seemed to use in walking he used as well in his dancing. Every human had the muscles, but many didn't use all of them as he was, even when exerting most of their strength, much of their muscle was not used.
His hand came out of hers, he used his arms as much to dance as anything else. And he felt it was not his place to touch her. He did not have permission and he was not one to force.
oneofmanysouls - August 26, 2005 07:13 PM (GMT)
She was enjoying dancing with him. Very much so. She was amazed at just how good of a dancer he was. Indeed, she would have to make sure to go and watch him perform on stage some time. The crowd around them seemed to go entirely unnoticed by her at the moment.
She glanced down at her hand as he took his away. No. That was not okay. She liked for her dance partners to be touching her. Her dancing brought her body closer to his and she reached out to take one of his hands. She placed it on her hip and continued moving with him.
Vampyrs_Lament - August 26, 2005 07:22 PM (GMT)
His hand touched her hip easily. So easily because he would have obeyed her if she'd only said that he should put his hand to her hip. In fact, Gabriel would have bent to her every command. This would be the reason that Gabriel was very seldom allowed to venture into public alone.
The feline human lowered his face only slightly, a hint of an inch, to look down on his human compnaion for the evening and to watch the lights glint in colors across her skin.
After several changes in the songs, Gabriel lowered his lips near her ear to speak to her over the pounding. As animalistic as he may be, he still understands that a human has much more impared hearing then that of his own. "Are you enjoying yourself?"
oneofmanysouls - August 26, 2005 07:25 PM (GMT)
Tina felt like she could dance the entire night away with this stranger that had come into her life so unexpectedly. No. She’s not falling in love and all that mushy crap. She’s just totally enjoying herself. Totally.
“Mhm...” she murmured. “I am. Indeed. You?”
Vampyrs_Lament - August 26, 2005 07:29 PM (GMT)
His smile became a grin, as there are no better words for it. The smile was much like what you think of when you see a house cat carrying a mouse in it's mouth, it's tail erect and it's head tossed back. Gabriel was rather pleased with himself for pleaseing her. It does not take very much to make this feril panther proud. The simple pleassure of others will do such.
"I'm glad," he replied. It seemed they were the center of attintion for a moment, perhapes it was their dance, though I mildly suspect that it may have been Gabriel's choice of attire.
oneofmanysouls - August 26, 2005 08:10 PM (GMT)
Oh goodie. The center of attention. That’s what Tina enjoys almost more than sex itself. She continues dancing with him. Against him. She’s actually quite nimble for a mere human. Not as nimble as him. But still. “As am I...” she very nearly purrs.
((Egads. WTF... My brain is so tired from being up till 6:30 in the morning. I'm having a little problem focusing on stuff at the moment. Sowwy.))
Vampyrs_Lament - August 26, 2005 08:30 PM (GMT)
She nearly purred, in a way that humans would have called purring. Though, to Gabriel, this purring was much like listening to a child tell you a cat says 'meow' and a dog says 'bark'. Gabriel once again placed his lips near her ear, his hand never removing itself from her hip, his body never even breifly ceasing to move.
He released a long, lingering purr from the base of his throat, vibrating his chest just slightly. One might actually believe it was a cat, though it was far too deep of a sound to be a mere cat. This was a purr from the deep chest of a full grown panther. He moved back, his cat eyes flashing silver.
oneofmanysouls - August 26, 2005 08:55 PM (GMT)
Holy shit. She melted against him as he purred in her ear. She'd never heard someone make such a sound that sounded so very real. She gazed up at him as he pulled his head back. "How did you do that?" she found herself asking.
Vampyrs_Lament - August 27, 2005 12:43 AM (GMT)
He smiled once more, even more pleased with himself. Shall I say that with each pleassure he gives to another, her for this moment, he will become more pleased with himself, no matter how small the task. His fangs once more flashed with his full smile and he has still ceased to stop dancing.
Is it not obvious yet, dear? "It is natural to me. I was born this way." Proud, there was honor in his voice. This way would be as a Panther. He had not been born human but as an animal, as both of his parents were lycanthrope. Both Panther.
oneofmanysouls - August 27, 2005 03:30 PM (GMT)
She continues to move with him with the music. Completely oblivious to any of the glances sent that direction. She is fully enjoying herself. “I see,” she responded. “It’s very appealing I hope you know. Has anyone told you that? I’m sure they have.”
Vampyrs_Lament - September 4, 2005 04:21 PM (GMT)
“I’ve been told. My master has told me, and others at the club.” There was that sound again, pride in ones self. “They’ve told me it is almost more appealing to hear in my human form then to hear in my form. It is common to hear as a cat. It is less so as a human to get it right.” His smile is perhaps more feral then is common for one so submissive. “It is harder to do as a human too, though.”
oneofmanysouls - September 5, 2005 01:52 AM (GMT)
Her eyes widened a little. “Your master?” she says curiously. He was owned by someone? That seemed so very strange to her. The more he talked the more curious she grew. It was becoming quite obvious to her that this handsome being was not human. She leaned close, quite close, and whispered, “what are you?”
Vampyrs_Lament - September 6, 2005 03:48 AM (GMT)
"Yes, my master," he confirmed. "He's a vampire. But he takes care of me and provides for me. He owns the club." By 'the club' he did not mean the one that they were in but the strip club in which Gabriel worked. So much information he is providing about himself, such an easy target. Is it much of a wonder why Asher sends someone to look after Gabriel?
"I'm a Panther," he looked mildly suprised that she had not known this already, as though everyone he met would just automatically know this.
oneofmanysouls - September 6, 2005 08:38 AM (GMT)
She is absolutely stunned that he is being so open like this with someone he’s just met. She can’t help but wonder if he’s this open with everyone that he comes into contact with. It’s really a good thing that she knows about this stuff. Otherwise, she’d probably freak out and make a big scene or something of the sort.
“A panther?” she says with surprise of her own in her voice and on her face. “How much have you had to drink?” She falls silent for a moment and just watches him. “You’re serious, aren’t you?”
Vampyrs_Lament - September 14, 2005 01:00 PM (GMT)
"How much?" He frowend. "Just one beer. Really it's a foul taste." He stops dancing now, to watch her. He'd not had more then the half of a beer that she had seen him sipping. She inquired if he was serious and he nodded again. He could smell the disbeliefe on her scent. "Yes. I'm serious. I would proove it to you but I am not allowed to in a crowd."
No, that would cause a panic, a full grown panther just suddenly appearing in the middle of a crowded bar.
