Lin entered the club and looked about. The music was loud and people were dancing on the dance floor. Her foot began to tap to the beat as she headed to the dance floor. She is wearing a slinky black dress that only reaches to a little above her knees. It had been a rough day, applying for a job and all, and now it was time to have some fun. Her black hair was let down to her shoulders and emerald eyes shimmered as the lights hit them. If one was looking closely they would also dilate to slits, like a cats, when the lights did hit them. She wore matching black high-heels. This was her time to relax. She began to dance to the beat, having a great time. It wasn’t often that she went to a club. If she wanted fun she usually headed to the amusement park. However it wasn’t open at midnight so thus she came to the club. It was just as much fun though.
When the song ended she headed over the bar and sat down, crossing her legs. The bartender came over to her.
”What’ll it be?” He stated as he cleaned a beer glass. She looked to the guy sitting a little ways down.
”Whatever he’s having.” He walked away and began to make her drink as she turned and watched people continue to dance. A few seconds later he returned with the drink and she took it.
It definitely had a ‘twang’ to it. Not something she was used to drinking. She usually only had water as every growing cat needs that. Lin continued to drink the interesting beer.

Pyro came in and sat down at the bar, ordering a double Vodka on the rocks; he'd finally ditched that stolen car, though no one would recognize it now - a white-hot fireball blowing a car to smitherines generally did tend to have that effect. He got his Vodka and paid, then sipped it as he watched the crowd. Damn drunks; they couldn't hold their liquor if their fucking lives depended on it. I, on the other hand, am a pro.

Her attention was caught as a man sat down at the bar close by. Ease dropping on what he ordered (it was hard not to with such sensitive hearing), she asked the bar tender if she could have one as well. Been a long time since she had tried vodka. And she was in the mood to party hardy tonight.
Lin glanced at him once more, green eyes shimmering in the light before she turned her attention back to the dancers.

A drunk came up to Pyro and demanded to fight; several of the man's drunken friends were watching, as were the people who had dared him to do it. The sad part was, they were probably the only ones sobre in here - besides himself, of course. He sneered and downed his drink in one gulp; setting the glass down on the counter and laying down a couple of ones, he ordered another as he got up. Now the group of 'sobres' were watching seriously; they obviously hadn't expected him to get up. He stepped into the middle of the floor as the other guy put his fists up; he waited. The man came at him, flailing his fists like a couple of fish out of water. With a flying roundhouse kick he flipped the man over backward and onto his stomach; the man got up and threw himself at Pyro again - only to be flipped over Pyro's shoulder and shattered the table at which the sobres had been sitting seconds before. He walked over and downed his vodka as two of the four sobres pulled switchblades. "Gee, you look pissed; maybe you should take a time-out." They attacked him; with a double-kick, he sent both of them onto the floor, holding their stomachs. The other two fell with a flurry of kicks and didn't get up; apparently, however, others wanted a piece of the action. Sneering and shaking his head as people started beating up on each other, he headed for the door. Idiots...

Lin watched as the men came over and began to pester the new arrival. Cat eyes watched intently as he got up and started a fight with the men which soon grew out of control. She rolled her eyes at the display. Men. If she stuck around she might have a free meal, but someone might wonder if a tiger came in and started knowing on fallen drunks.
Leaving the bar right after the men she slammed the club door behind her. Stupid drunks. Why do they have to go and ruin a good time? Crossing her arms she noticed the man out of the corner of her eye. He didn’t have to fight them, but yet he did.
”Caused quite a ruckus in there.” She leaned up against the side of the wall, crossing one leg behind the other.

Pyro was leaning back against the wall, one foot touching it and one on the ground, with his left hand in the pocket; his other hand was holding a cigarette. He took a puff and blew the smoke out before responding. "He started it...I finished it. Simple as that." He took another drag and blew out the smoke again.

”I suppose he did.” This man had a weird sense about him. She wasn’t sure where to place it. Her nose got the distinct sense of smoke coming from him and not from the cigarette. ”Didn’t have very long to enjoy your drink.” In fact she hadn’t even taken a drink of her vodka before the fight broke out. Okay well maybe she had a little sip, but other than that she’d not even had a real taste. Rats.

He took another, much longer drag on his cigarette this time, and blew the smoke out slowly. "Oh, well." Finishing his cig, he cast it aside and stepped away from the wall and turned toward the girl. "Listen, did you want something? 'Cuz I'm not into small talk right now." The sky was now turning pink in the distance; the sun was rising.

Wasn’t he the charmer? Of course she was being sarcastic to herself. Something him was definitely not right, but she wasn’t about to come out and say it.
”Fine. Continue on your rampage.” Lin pushed herself off the wall and started walking in the opposite direction, heading for her apartment.
