Title: This is madness
Description: Majick, in a pub? *For Aduratis.*

Arcane Blood - February 15, 2005 10:05 PM (GMT)
((Continued from here))

Majick stopped at the entrance to the pub, and stroked Tia once more. "I'm sure that would be a grand idea, Tia. that would get them all nice and clean," he said with a small smile, staring at the building for a minute.

"So, are you going to change, or what?" He asked, looking at the hybrid perched on his shoulder with raised eyebrows and a curious expression.

Tia nodded and leaped off of Majick's shoulder. Melting back down into the bubbling color puddle she reformed herself into the shape of a large multi-colored cat. She grinned at Majick from the pavement.

"I'm warning you now this form weighs conciderably more than the hybrid. I'd say about five pounds more. So should I get back on your shoulder or stay down here?" While she waited for Majick to reply Tia stretched cat-like, her claws making harsh noises as they scraped the cement.

Majick stared down at the bubbling mass of oozing color until it formed into a cat. He kind of wished he could do that. It was really a neat trick.

"Of course. Get back on my shoulder. It'll look cute," he half-smirked, teasingly, though he had meant what he said by that.

(AWWWE. Kitty! So. Adorable. *Superglomp.*)

Aduratis - February 18, 2005 12:00 AM (GMT)
Another freakishly accurate Cheshire cat grin and she lanched herself straight for Majick's shoulder. She landed with a barely audible -thump!- on his right shoulder and settled herself around his neck.

"Are you sure I'm not too heavy?" Tia cackled evily.

Arcane Blood - February 18, 2005 12:07 AM (GMT)
Wow, he didn't expect her to be that heavy. "Just a little. What did you eat? A piano?" He questioned, walking until he reached the door to the building.

Aduratis - February 18, 2005 12:14 AM (GMT)
Tia laughed again and the weight on Majick's shoulders lightened conciderably. "Is that better? I was being a dead weight there for a minute. It's surprising how much weight people gain when they just lie there. That's the way scales work. Most of the time, people on scales dread what they're about to see so they just stand there with all their weight on it. Smart people don't do that."

She smiled and began to wash her paws. "I'm glad that we're here after dark. During the day the Corbies is full of people who wouldn't understand why a guy walked in with a cat on his shoulder. At night there's more people like us there."

Arcane Blood - February 18, 2005 12:23 AM (GMT)
"Yeah, much better. That's cool. Where'd you learn that?" He asked, pushing the door open to the Twa Corbies and casually strode in, as if nothing were unusual about having a cat perched on his shoulder. And to him, there really wasn'y.

"Mmkie, Tia," he muttered, and it would've seemed quite odd that he was talking to a cat.

Aduratis - February 20, 2005 01:51 AM (GMT)
Tia leaned back as far as she could without falling off Majick's shoulders. "From seventh grade physics." She muttered into his ear. "You know since it's night time nobody gives a damn there's a talking cat on your shoulder."

Arcane Blood - February 22, 2005 10:02 PM (GMT)
"Ah, just seems a bit... odd, 's all. It'd make me uncomfortable to see someone with a talking cat on their shoulder walking into a pub." He shrugged one shoulder, and easily slipped on a seat. "What do you want?"

Aduratis - February 22, 2005 10:12 PM (GMT)
She leapt off his shoulder and settled into a hunter crouch on the table. "Rabbit?" She said faintly in hopeful tones. " And if they don't have that -which they probably won't- Pot roast is good for me. Carrots please!"

She began to wash, lick the paw and bring it around, lick the paw and bring it around. "No use," She said in between licks. "Eating with dirty paws."

Arcane Blood - February 22, 2005 10:20 PM (GMT)
"Mm, all right. I think I'll be getting you pot roast then," he paused, "but what use do cats have with carrots, hm?" He settled in a bit more, and waited a moment to get used to the atmosphere of the place. still smelled of alcohol, which Majick didn't really like. Good thing he didn't have an appetite, or else he would've lost it.

"Huh. Cats and cleanliness."

Aduratis - March 4, 2005 07:11 PM (GMT)
She glared at him. "Cat's like carrots perfectly fine. I've met a house cat that only eats vegetables. He's a sadist though. Think about that and say it. "Sadistic Vegitarian Cat" Now think about the meaning. I wait for you to roll on your ass laughing."

Tia continued to wash her ears and then send Majick another glare. "And by the way, I'd rather be a cat who's clean, than a human who's not."

(I have to go. Sorry for the wait, school was terrible, standerdized tests. I won't be back for a week. I"M GOING TO EUROPE!!!)

Arcane Blood - March 10, 2005 08:32 PM (GMT)
"Sure, okay." Majick shrugged a little bit. He didn't get the joke, and it was quite apparent. He merely offered a weak grin. You know what they say, 'He who laughs last doesn't get the joke.'

A waitress came by, and Majick mumbled the order of pot roast--- and before Tia beat him with that rather large paw of hers he added-- with carrots. And that was all. The waitress scuttled off.

"Are you implying I'm not clean?" He shot her a threatening glare.

(Have fun! Bring me back a souvenir! *Grin.*)

Aduratis - March 14, 2005 12:47 PM (GMT)
"Oh." Tia looked rather put-out, or as put-out as a cat can look. "You didn't get the joke at all? Not in the slightest bit? Come on. Sadistic cat who is a vegitarian. You don't get any of that?"

She smiled as he ordered her carrots, "Thank you, oh he who orders carrots for the cat."

(Jet...Lag....Arggg....)

Arcane Blood - March 15, 2005 08:32 PM (GMT)
"Nope, not at all. Unless you mean cruel herbivore cat, in which still means little. Eh, sorry."

A cat smiling is a pretty odd image, as one doesn't see a cat "smile", exactly, all the time. So let's just assume she looks rather like a cheshire cat as she does this. "Oh, you're most welcome." Please note the sarcasm at the end.

(Adddddddy. Welcome baack. *Loves.*)
