Hullo. -Waves- I chanced upon your board and after with some relief after my last Roleplaying board started to die (almost quite literally) around us all, I chanced upon your board and with great relief signed up. But i must confess I have a few questions before I start and post my character(s).
1. I might have read this and forgot in all that I've read: are you allowed to 'find' your magick in some way in the past, having not known but discovered it on your own?
2. Can, if first question is answered 'yes'. you have done so in front of people and run away?
I might have more later, after the above questions get answered, but thank you for helping me!!

Uhh, like, can your character discover their powers on their own without knowing about magick? Is that possible?

Excuse me, Jack, for taking the liberty of answering, and correct me if I'm wrong.
Yes, it's perfectly possible. There are plenty of unnish who have magical abilities and don't know it. And plenty who have magical abilities and DO know it, but don't know that other people do as well.
There would, of course, be consequences if they did magic in public. If the person had done magic infront of unnish then those unnish would probably be terrified of that person. If they'd done it in front of innish the innish would probably get mad at them since for some it's kind of an unwritten rule that you don't let unnish know about magic. So it would make sense that the person doing the magic would want to run, for fear of being persecuted.
Oh, and welcome to Once. *munches on newbie*

-Is munched-
Thank you very much, this will greatly help. Now if I only had the time at current to run and create my character post! But sadly, it there is no chance for the working.
