Title: Telepath Screwing Time
Ran - August 20, 2004 03:22 AM (GMT)
Underneath the sun that filtered through the green leaves struck on an unnatural, yet natural color for just a twenty year old. His hair was as silver as anyone's, but his eyes were green like the bright plants around.
He did stick out though, in an orange, clingy shirt and light jeans. It was a quiet day, once again, and a lonely one, yet again. He was taking seclusion to the bank of this river, watching it under hooded eye lids.
Lightly, he hummed and mumbled words. "Yo ho, yo ho, a drinking we will go~.."
Arcane Blood - August 20, 2004 03:27 AM (GMT)
Alec stuck his feet in the river, about ten feet away from where Audrey was. He was wearing black jean shorts, and had a tight red tanktop on.
Normally he dressed a lot less than casual, but he felt like sitting and relaxing, and not being an eye sore for once.
Ran - August 20, 2004 03:31 AM (GMT)
Audrey went mind scanning, and oh, did he find an interesting one. There was something around. A mind- not just a simple one. Though, it seemed.. doormant?
Tilting his head, he saw the boy and spent some time pondering and poking.
It's HIM!
Something lighted in his eyes, mischeif, and so Audrey started to weasel inside this person's mind, but for now, he could only be in the -very- top level. He's known for fifteen years he was a telepath so it was much simpler for him to do so.
'Well, hello duckling.'
He looked forward, acting as if he was just studying the setting before him.
Arcane Blood - August 20, 2004 03:33 AM (GMT)
"What?" Alec blinked, but then realized nobody around him was speaking It was... What do you want?
Ran - August 20, 2004 03:34 AM (GMT)
'A chat? Don't you want to talk to me as well?'
Arcane Blood - August 20, 2004 03:38 AM (GMT)
'A chat? Who are you?'
Alec glanced over his shoulder, but didn't see anyone. He was half blind, so it was no wonder.
Ran - August 20, 2004 03:53 AM (GMT)
'Another telepath. Don't you enjoy the talk? It seems you're not quiet as developed.'
Aah, this was fun. When was the last time that he got to do this?
Arcane Blood - August 20, 2004 03:55 AM (GMT)
He shrugged, mentally. 'You startled me.'
Ran - August 20, 2004 04:03 AM (GMT)
'Did I? I find that a lot of fun. I see you now. Do you know who I am? It's a bit fun to watch you and play with your mind.' Audrey felt a tad evil, but ooooooh, was he having the time of his life.
Arcane Blood - August 20, 2004 07:30 AM (GMT)
Alec looked around, trying to concentrate, and getting frustrated. 'I can hear you, but I can't see you.'
Ran - August 20, 2004 05:21 PM (GMT)
'It works to my advantage that you can't see me.' Slowly, just annoyingly slow, he crept up a few feet closer to him, but he looked at the river still, not once letting a few movements ruin this play.
Arcane Blood - August 20, 2004 05:24 PM (GMT)
Alec blinked, and still Audrey wasn't in his range of sight. Bother, being half-blind was a pain.
'What?', he asked, slightly confused.
Ran - August 20, 2004 05:25 PM (GMT)
'I can see you.' And for kicks, he threw a twig around to trigger him off. 'Don't you like that you can't see me, yet I can see you?'
Arcane Blood - August 20, 2004 05:33 PM (GMT)
'You jerk, Alec mumbled angrily, 'What is -wrong- with you?'
Ran - August 20, 2004 05:38 PM (GMT)
'This is how I get my kicks. For one, I'm not happy. Two, Well, Love just sucks right about now. Three, I'm going this to be a bigger pratt than ever to forget things and you-' And he slipped -right- beside him, softly plowing on Alec's ear. 'Happens to be right here. But no worries. I'm not in for anything sexual, just some mind messing around games.'
Arcane Blood - August 20, 2004 05:42 PM (GMT)
'That makes me feel so much better' Alec mind-spoke, his voice dripping with sarcasm.
Flash, flash, flash.
There it was again; that image. Dead bodies surrounding him, corpses scattered everywhere. 'Hello' another voice greeted him and Audrey.
Ran - August 20, 2004 05:47 PM (GMT)
Audrey blinked, 'Well, that was a nice show. Hello there mystery man. How are you today?' For a reason Audrey didn't feel like thinking of, he didn't bother to search for the person that caused this.
Arcane Blood - August 20, 2004 05:51 PM (GMT)
'I'm doing quite fine actually. Having a bit of fun.' He flshed the image in Alec's mind once again, sharing it with Audrey. 'This look familiar?' If his figure was visible, you could see that he was grinning. He liked this game. No stupid questions.
Ran - August 20, 2004 07:48 PM (GMT)
'Well, no. Not really. To be honest, not a flicker in my mind. Just perhaps of a horror movie I watched last week.' He shared a mental chuckle. 'Should I be aware of this pictures?' Now this was interesting.
Arcane Blood - August 21, 2004 02:24 AM (GMT)
He tapped his finger on his chin from where he was sitting. 'Of course. Ever heard of Ragnarok? he asked, watching Audrey from a tree up above him. He was fiddling with his new-found powers.
Ran - August 21, 2004 02:30 AM (GMT)
'I haven't. Enlighten me.' He was feeling around for minds and had a good idea where this one was, but he spent his time, looking over Alec that was in front of him, tilting his head here and there.
Arcane Blood - August 21, 2004 02:33 AM (GMT)
"You know. The end of the world. The death of well, Death. Judgement day. He explained, his bare feet dangling from the tree up above Audrey. This was indeed fun.
Ran - August 21, 2004 02:46 AM (GMT)
'Mm, so what about the Judgement Day and such?' For the first time, Audrey tilted his head up and curiously watched the person above him in the three. 'What's the significance?'
Arcane Blood - August 21, 2004 02:58 AM (GMT)
'Everything just ends. Dies, fades out. I actually find it quite fascinating. Judgement Day, on the other hand, is just a tad bit more entertaining. You see the damned get thrown in the Lake of Fire... Things like that.' He sighed gently, jumping down from the tree to reveal his features. Red and white hair, green eyes, square jaw, things like that. He bent over to dust off his jeans, then stood up straight and shifted his weight into his right hip. "Not like I beleive any of that bullshit anyway."
Ran - August 21, 2004 03:05 AM (GMT)
"Well, that's grand and dandy. So what was the point of telling me?" He leaned back on his arms, watching him leisurely. "I don't think I really saw a point in it all. Did you?"
Arcane Blood - August 21, 2004 03:09 AM (GMT)
He shrugged, "You asked. I explained." He stretched a bit, then sat with his back against the tree he was in before. He had hardly acknowledged Alec, but he stared at him out of his blind eye, which he knew he obviously couldn't be watching him out of anyway.
Ran - August 21, 2004 10:52 PM (GMT)
Audrey shrugged, the mand idn't quite get his question by the way it was answered. "Anyways, why is his power so under developed if he knows that he has it?" He was meaning about Alec. Audrey found it -really- peculiar.
Arcane Blood - August 21, 2004 11:28 PM (GMT)
Lucifer shrugged. Alec had showed him earlier, and had screwed with his mind. So much that he shouted back. Alec did something to him. He frowned uncomfortably.
"Couldn't say I knew," he answered, just as curious.
Ran - August 21, 2004 11:49 PM (GMT)
Audrey frowned thoughtfully.
"I want him to his potential power. He has -a lot- of strength in him, but he's not yet.. aware of how to use it? Anyways, I want to see him at his best."
Arcane Blood - August 22, 2004 12:13 AM (GMT)
Alec stared at them, silently contemplating something.
Lucifer stared back, eyes unwarily shifting their glance from Alec to Audrey. He look puzzled.
He made gestures with his hands to Alec, trying to get his attention without speaking to him in his mind. Audrey would probably hear him otherwise. He wants to see your best, he said in sign language.
Luckily, Alec caught it, and answered back in the same way. After that, he saw him get up in leave.
"He said to follow him,"
Ran - August 22, 2004 12:15 AM (GMT)
"Mm, right." He followed after him, swinging his arms in a jaunty kind of way. Audrey was a pretty cheery guy. "Are you coming?" He looked over his shoulder, curious for a moment if this stranger was following as well.
Arcane Blood - August 22, 2004 12:25 AM (GMT)
He nodded. "Yeah." He followed after Audrey, who was following after Alec.
Alec smiled slightly, making his way away from the river... Almost. Or, more like back up the river. He had no intent of staying here, though.
Finally reaching his destination in a quieter place, Alec turned on the heel of his bare foot. "Stop," he commanded. "Lucifer, I'm borrowing you for the deminstration.
Of course, he'd already witnissed this once before, so winced a little. "Sure," he agreed, though he knew it wouldn't matter.
"Watch," Alec said, still smiling.
Ran - August 22, 2004 12:30 AM (GMT)
"Will do." Audrey clasped his hands in front of him and watched with a more calculating look than before. It seemed this boy had.. selective powers. Odd. Oh well, he wanted to see the show.
Though, he didn't want to give things away so he casted his face to be blank, but every so concentrating on the two people before him.
Arcane Blood - August 22, 2004 12:39 AM (GMT)
His smile faded, and his face contorted into complete concentration. His mind stirred a little, connecting Lucifer's with his. He was a sadist, and a necromancer, so he'd enjoy this. "Ready, Lucifer?"
Lucifer nodded in disbelief.
Alec closed his eyes. SNAP! The forest flashed white, and only the sound of several birds flocking away could be heard.
Lucifer just keeled over in pain. He screamed, but nothing came out. Interesting. This was different than his first experience.
Ran - August 22, 2004 12:45 AM (GMT)
Audrey was impressed. His lips tugged to the corner of his mouth. So that man knew that would happen. Ah ha! A cute little S&M pair.
He stood, quietly, not wanting to break what was happening, but it was curiously different from other things he had seen from telepaths. Then again, each telepath is a little different from the other.
"A Grand Procedure." It was like going to the theatre.
Arcane Blood - August 22, 2004 12:55 AM (GMT)
"Why thank you," Alec said, quite proud of himself actually. When not being an annoying little optimist, he fancied being a rather rude, arrogant telepath.
He then glanced back to Lucifer, coughing slightly, but not because of an illness, because he just felt like it. Never bothered to explain things like that. "Enough, Lucifer," he snapped, just like an angry officer.
At his command, the magic unwound itself from his mind, and Lucifer became a panting mess on the ground. "Thank you for your cooperation," he said quietly. "I apologize for the inconvienence."
Ran - August 22, 2004 01:06 AM (GMT)
Audrey out right laughed. "You sound like a pre-recorded message." He was impressed, but now, he was rather unimpressed. Funny how it went. He didn't really care either way now. Alec lost his loster and Audrey was interesting about this peculiar 'Lucifer'.
Arcane Blood - August 22, 2004 01:12 AM (GMT)
Lucifer got up, brushing off dirt from his body once again. "It took you long enough," he left out the 'little bastard' part, but he figured he'd heard it in his thoughts anyway. He sighed boredly.
Ran - August 22, 2004 01:19 AM (GMT)
Audrey grinned, sauntering up to Lucifer. "Do you always do that for him?"
Arcane Blood - August 22, 2004 01:20 AM (GMT)
"Mostly," he admitted, "unless he's being a prick." He said, not ashamed for doing it, either.
