Jekyll and Hyde. Just what the doctor ordered.

Well, maybe not exactly, but is sure was cheering Alice up. She had always loved both Theatre and all things morbid, surprising as it might sound. This musical was both. When the witch had heard that it was coming to Bay Street Theatre, she had been estatic, but upon seeing the cost of tickets... well, she decided rent 'Dracula' from her local Movie Store.

Upon hearing word that Alice had wanted to go to the show, Agatha, being the kind dear-hearted old lady she was, bought Box seats for her and a friend. Alice decided she would pay her back sometime, but wished she had only bought one ticket. Alice really didn't have any friends to envite.

So, here she was. Sitting in the premium Box in the house, she looked down at perhaps one of the best shows she had ever seen. Well, best of the Genre, anyways. She had one of her best dresses on, pure white and form fitting. It was the only dress suited for the Theatre she owned besides her burgandy one, and she would never wear that one again.

"And I've never felt so ALIVE!" And the end of act one ended. Alice smiled to herself. Well, might as well stay in the booth. She sighed and leaned back, wondering if she put on too much makeup.

You know, being a telepath has its' perks. Such as- finding out what seats haven't been filled and how to manipulate to get there. Well, Audrey had done so and was sauntering in through the highly decorated place. He went up stairs, around corners, and through door ways.

He managed to be escorted to 'his' box. Before entering, he tugged his formal suit, making sure things were fine and sauntered right in. Huh. So there -was- a person there. He grinned momentarily, swishing to a seat and smiled (dashingly he thought) at the girl to his left. "Well, hello there." He whispered in a hushed tone, green eyes locking on the scene before them.

Alice almost let out a yelp when she saw the man next to her. With wide eyes, she looked from the play to the silver haired man.

"Who are you and what are you doing in my Box?" She asked in a hushed but demanding whisper. She had the only two ticket that were sold for these seats. Meaning that this man had either switched seats, or had simply snuck in.

Actually, he did neither. He hadn't switched seats and he didn't sneak in. He -did- lie though. He also manipulated a mind. Ooh, it was so nice. He smirked over at the girl, a third of an unstable look in his steady gaze. "My name is Audrey Temple and I am watching the play." He answered her truthfully.

Alice narrowed her eyes at him, then shrugged and went back to the show. So, what if he had snuck in? Oh well... didn't hurt her. It wasn't long before she got caught up in the high drama of the preformance in front of her.

"Oh no..." She said, covering her mouth as she watched the horrible Hyde take over Doctor Jekyll in his laboratory.

"Oh no?" Audrey smirked, leaning his elbows on the edge, peering down at the people and at the stage. Sometimes, just sometimes, it gave him headaches to go to places where all this emotion flares up at once due to some kind of event. Tonight wasn't a night of those since his smirk grew wider, almost taunting this girl with his small question.

She looked over with a reprimanding look, but a small smile was on hee lips.

"Yes, oh no! Jekyll is going to be taken over by Hyde, and there's nothing he can do about it!" She whispered, pointing at the stage. Jekyll had spilled chemicals in his lab, and they were now aflame while he acted his struggle with Hyde. "It's terrible and heartwrenching..." She stated, rather matter-of-factly.

Audrey managed to hold in his snort. It was predictable, but then again, not everyone could have a look into someone else's head, soo he opted to be quiet, watching those actors spurt out memorized words easily, Audrey stiffling a yawn. "Truly entertaining, I'm sure."

Alice looked over at him with a raised eyebrow. She had a faint idea that he must be another person like herself, but she decided not to ask.

"So... Mr. Temple, have you never heard of emotional dilemma?" She whispered with a grin. "Most people find it very captivating."

"Have I? I've heard it all my life in passing streets." He returned the smirk, leaning back into the chair, casually crossing his leg over another. "I hadn't caught your name." Audrey had his moments where he was polite and didn't tap into people's minds just on a whim.

She gave him a small, but sweet smile.

"Alice." She said simply, then tunred back to the play. She didn't want to interrupt this man anymore, if he did want to watch the play. Though, from his responce it didn't seem as though he was very interested.

Indeed, he wasn't, and found himself almost yawning because things had gotten that boring. Eventually, he was wandering and trolloping in the minds of unitiate people, and eventually he even came to Alice's. Since she wasn't, she'd probably feel a pressure at her temples while he was almost knocking on magical shields for permission.

Alice noticed something... somethign in her head. Looking over at Audrey, she grinned.

"I knew it." She whispered with a smile. "And no, don't look in my mind." She said with a little 'hmph'.

He slowly slipped out, the pressure stopping. "Least I knocked. I could have just jammed right through and gave you a migraine." He sighed theatrically, resting his chin on his hand, looking around boredly. "Knew what?" Sure he was acting stupid, but it might entertain him.

Rolling her eyes, she looked back a the show then back to him. Guess she wouldn't be seeing much of the ending.

"I know you could have, and I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. Though, just to humour you, I knew you were a telepath." She said, leaning her chin on her hand.

"So, how old are you, Mr. Temple?" She asked, simply out of curiosity.

Audrey slipped into her mind just at the surface layer, the pressure (It's from him not being welcomed exactly in the mind and just flat out being new in that area) coming again. 'So you humored me? Well, to answer you, I'm twenty. How about yourself? You don't look more than over twenty-two." Hey, if one could speak like that and not bother with vocal cords, it'd be nice.

"Well, close. Twenty four, actually." She said, herself unable to speak telepathicly, so good ol' vocal chords would have to do. "You look about twenty... mist be very handy being able to reach into someones mind." She said with a smile.

He snorted some. 'Depends. It's nice when you want to know answers or just wondering what someone is thinking- but sometimes I can't control it.' He moved his hand, toying with his silver hair. 'The thoughts get so loud and when I just can't get them to shut up after awhile- I get stressed. That's why my hair is that color. It was hard growing up when I couldn't control from listening to people's thoughts, singling them out, or ignoring them all.'

With a nod, Alice answered him.

"I'm just a Witch... nothing very special about that. I don't have any special powers."She said with a somewhat melancholy smile, but brushed it away quickly.
"So, I suppose you can see what I'm feeling or thinking then.... if I were to let you." She asked, turning her body slightly in her chair in order to talk to him better. There went her curiosity again... she had never met a Telepath in person before. Just read about them.

'Well, letting me in would be the easier, nicer way. If I absolutely had to get in, I'd pound and probably try to break mental shields, ending up with us both having a migraine. Well, I would, you might be a little off balance.' He shrugged his shoulders, watching her intensely.

Alice looked at him thoughtfully, then gave him little grin.

"Do you -want- to read my thoughts?" She asked, looking at him, eyes half lidded. A few months ago, she would have never thought of asking anything of the sort, as innocent as it was. She had simply changed quite a bit.... that's what a little bit of fear can do to you. Well... a lot of fear. It thoughens you up... changes you.

'Sure. My curiousity will be satiated then. I've been refused before, but hey- It's nice to know.' And permission too. It wasn't fun when he had to be some kind of junkie on extra strength things that dealt with migraines. He decided to add this for warning, actually talking. "If you trick me and slam your shields on me-" He didn't finish, but he was frowning deeply.

With a curt shake of her head, she showed that she wouldn't even think of doing that.

"I'm not that kind of girl... and.... sure. Just... uhm... don't tell anyone what you might see... allright?" She asked, not really sure herself what he would find.

"Alrighty." Hey, least it was reassurance. He slipped in deeper, politely knocking again on those magical barriers, his gaze going out of focus some while he waited admission inside of this stranger's head.

Alice took a few seconds on figuring out how -exactly- you let down the walls. With a bit of technicality, she finnaly got them down. To her surprise, she was a little nervous about this... someone looking inside her head. No secrets, then...

A smirk flitted across his face as he sorted through some selected memories and thoughts. 'Aah? Red dress, A cat named Salem- Oh!' He rose his eyebrows at this. 'Mars. Aahh, Violence. A blonde man named Gabriel- Some old woman named Agatha. Hm, interesting.' He was being polite and didn't speak of the other things he saw.

Alice blushed, knowing what he saw now. Well.... some of it anyways. She wished she could speak in thoughts like he could... to keep the conversation even more to theirselves. Too bad.

"W-well.... interesting, no? Well, I'm sure you've seen... more intertaining thoughts." She said rubbing her temples lightly. It had felt a little funny.

'Aah, yes. Very.' He chuckled mentally, raising his eyebrow at her wish. 'Think it. We can talk that way. I -am- in your mind after all. I'll hear it.' He smirked just a little more, asking a question to give the new way a test run. 'How do you like the play?'

"Well... allright." She said, looking at Audrey intensly.

Ok... can you hear me? She thought, neer looking away from the silver haired man.

'Of course. Now is that better?' His smile was projected through his words. He taught someone something~! Made him feel sorta proud there. 'It'll give your vocal cords a rest- Though, if you start to get a headache, I'll slip out. Some people for the few first times get headaches, getting used to the invasion.'

Alice nodded, giving him a smile.

'Ok... I really need to concentrate on thinking words... I usually think in pictures and memories... things like that. So... uhm. If I tried really hard, could I look into your mind?' She thought, wondering if it was possible.

'Images and memories work too. And yes, you can.' There was just a few things he'd guard. It'd be like bouncing off a wall- sort of like the parts where he got stressed off from thoughts not leaving. He was afraid that'd hurt this person some way. Anyways, it was like he pulled her into his own mind, pushing into this place, almost like she could touch things, but only with her mind.

'Well... uh, if I think like that.. I don't know what might pop up. Probably better to think like this... keeps my head in check.' She thought with a smile. And I was just wondering... I don't really want to invade your privacy like that. But... speaking of privacy... anything else you saw in my head I might want to know about?' She asked with a grin.

'Well- Your boobs are just fine to be blunt. I always heard the left one is naturally bigger than the right. Hey, I'd say they're fine the size anyways- not too small.' He shrugged, pushing a memory of how he got into the place to explain why he took this seat.

Alice blushed deeply, the let out a little laugh. She was about to think her reply, but there was a loud intruption. Applause. The show was over. She stood up and appaluded while thinking.

'That's good to know, thank you. Now that I'm throughly embarrased, anything you have questions about? It's not everyday someone gets to look inside my head. I'm a little curious as to what you think.'

He stood up as well, clapping. 'I think I want to shoot one of those actors. They're cocky. Aside of that, I think you're a nice girl. Someone mentally stable. Hey, would you mind if I visited you sometime? You seem to be quite interesting.' So pretty much it was approval.

Alice looked back at him with a raised eyebrow, but nodded.

'Sure... you can stop by anytime.. I suppose you know where I live?' She thought, ignoring the comment about the actors.

'Of course, in the Apartments- won't be hard to find you. Even if I get 'lost', I can call that Blonde man a few floors up at the time while he's in the shower and make him show me right this instant, or else.' At 'or else', he projected a imagined picture of him ripping Gabriel's towel or robe off.

The show had ended, and slowly people were leaving their seats. Alice looked back at the man with a funny look on her face.

'Was that meant to be a mockery of my position when I first met him? I mean, with the towel and everything... nevermind, I don't want to know. You sent me a very detailed image by the way.' She thought with a smirk. 'Thanks.'

'I could do better.' Well, so he did. He sent a rather graphic one, Gabriel in the same clothes as he was the day he was born, intimately touching himself. 'There you go.' He laughed, slowly receeding from her mind. "Well, it seems sadly that the show has ended and that everyone is leaving."
