Title: Highschool

Aerisi Sitira - July 4, 2004 01:54 PM (GMT)
He was bored, moreover, he was irritated, this… this thing, was stood at the front of class lecturing him on the history of Britain! Like he hadn't learnt it already, when living in a cave there is generally little to do but read, he yawned, loudly and obviously as a show of disdain for the teacher, and for the school, then he resumed drawing glyphs on his page...
"Mr Sitira," Aerisi ignored him pointedly "Mr Sitira do you have a problem?" The teacher was sat on his desk, arms crossed, the attention of the class was focused upon Risi
"Yes," His voice was cool, and his accent British "I do have a problem, it takes the form of your vocal chords" He tipped his head to one side and took the lid off his pen, revealing an unusually sharp nib "But decency and law does not permit me to solve my problem in the preferred manner," his eyes flashed dangerously "So i tolerate your inaccurate ramblings"

He left the class with his detention slip, a smirk on his face... these mortal teachers certainly were easy to scare...

(I think this is in the wrong place ~ meh!)

Candles raise my desire, why I’m so far away, no more reason in my life, no more reason to stay

Ronnie was in art class. She had been painting. A girl, Amanda, had put her hair into a bun, and for some unknown reason she’d put her uncapped markers in her bun. Then it happened. Amanda turned and caught Ronnie across the cheek with all three markers, leaving a trail of green, red, and black across her cheek, lips, and nose. That was her escape.

Hazing clouds rain on my head, empty thoughts fill my ears, find my shade in the moonlight, why my thoughts aren’t so clear

Now Ronnie walked the halls silently, her heavy footfalls echoed slightly off of the metal lockers. Why the teacher hadn’t stopped her when she’d taken her bag along, or at least gotten a little suspicious, was unclear to her. But there she was, mail-style black bag hung across her chest, a pair of heavy black boots, black fishnet stockings, a pale plaid short, but just within school-worthy length, skirt, a tan, tight fitting shirt, and a loose gray button up shirt that had come from her brothers closet. Her long red hair was plaited back into a braid, the chin length bangs hanging free to frame either side of her face.

Ronnie wore a pair of headphones around her neck the volume low as she walked the halls towards the nearest bathroom to wash the marker off of her face.

Risi had no intention of going to his detetion, instead he decided to explore, the peppy students who had given him the tour served only to provide him with the musings for their death, in the end he had gotten bored and decided that they should be lynched. He hated the way they were so... Happy.

Admittedly he was lost. These corridors all looked the same, and he was now irritated...

Thorn - July 6, 2004 04:58 PM (GMT)
I'm not the one whose so far away...

And he looked lost too...

Ronnie paused in her path about halfway down the hall way from the boy, watching him with pale eyes for a silent moment. Then she rolled her shoulders, a habbit she'd gotten from Degla, and stepped towards him.

Her hand slid into the bag and the volume on the music slid down to a soft whisper. She approached, wordlessly, then stopped in front of him, tilting her head at him, like a bird observing.

"Lost?"

Aerisi Sitira - July 6, 2004 05:04 PM (GMT)
Risi stopped and looked at this new person, he became guarded, but his eyes still spelled mischief
"Yes, I was looking for the exit," He yawned "I am supposed to be in 'detention'" He smirked.. like five miutes would make a difference to his beaviour, his lifespan was genetically at least five centuries...
"What are you doing out of class" he noticed the marker pan on her face "Catfight?"

Thorn - July 6, 2004 05:10 PM (GMT)
She raised a single eyebrow. "Catfight?" she rolled her eyes, "So childish. A couple of girls rolling around on the ground scratching at eachothers faces, seeing who can make the other look bloodier. But they can't do any better then that." Her eyes roamed curiously over him, then the halls around them. Again, it was a habbit picked up from Degla.

"If your going to fight, throw a real punch." She rubbed at the marks across her cheeks. "As for this, just an acident with a couple markers."

Aerisi Sitira - July 6, 2004 05:30 PM (GMT)
At last, he thought, someone who thinks
Risi grinned she was not like the others
"Sorry, I assumed that you were like the other girls here" His face moved into a grimace "Preppy"
Offered his hand "My name is Aerisi," His eyes flashed, their unnatural brighness was more pronounced "It is good to meet you"

Thorn - July 6, 2004 05:34 PM (GMT)
She looked at his hand, as if checking for any childish tricks waiting to happen and then took it and shook lightly. "Rhonwen Rome." She shrugged, "Ronnie. And I'm not sure I can say the same for you," she replied to his 'good to meet you'. "I'll tell you when I know you a little better." She'd ignored his coment about preps. She was an ati-classifying type of person. There was no 'prep' and 'punk' in her eyes. Just assholes and non-assholes.

OOC: god damnit. I just realized that I've been replying under my sisters SN....grrr...well, anyways. I'm going out of town and won't be back until Sunday.

Aerisi Sitira - July 7, 2004 09:23 AM (GMT)
OOC bless ya! Ok, have fun,

IC
There is something different about this one, a relfection of someone, Ris frowned slightly, his fair features were creased slightly, he was as usual thinking about far too much at the same time, he was thinking about home, about the mortals who found out about the Demon Caves. There was one who they had spared, a small boy, he was still there, now a withered old man.
"Well," Risi commented, "So far I am not enjoying my," he paused and raised an eyebrow sarcastically "'Education'" he glanced up and down the hallway, "And I cannot find the exit"
I could make my own, right through the wal, blasting all of the filthy mortals in my way he smiled, despite this thought, he had a deep resentment for mortals, they had locked the Demons in the cave, he had found a way out, but it had meant one hell of a sacrifice, he got back onto his origional train of thought,
"So, could you help me?"

Massacist - July 11, 2004 03:40 PM (GMT)
She sighed. "Let me get rid of this." She pointed at her cheek and walked a little further down the hall and entered the bathroom. She stood in front of the sink, after rinsing her face clean, and stared at her reflection. what am i doing? Deg would kill me. Then she shrugged, because she always gave herself good advice and she always ignored it was if a parent had given it.

She came back out, drying her face on a paper towel, and tossing that into a trash bin. “Come on.” She called to him quietly, motioning with her head for him to follow her.

Aerisi Sitira - July 11, 2004 10:27 PM (GMT)
Risi smiled, eyes twinkling mischievously, he paused a moment and decided that he could trust her. He had better things to do than be in school anyways, he had a building to remodel...
"So," he smiled as they walked past a door with DETENTION written in big letters, "Do you always help strays to break the rules? Or am I an exception?" His accent was softer, but still British,
That was an odd question , he thought to himself, well it keeps my mind off.... that thing he was referring to the manner in which he had escaped... he shuddered outwardly, how he loathed himself for that...

Massacist - July 12, 2004 03:05 AM (GMT)
"Don't flatter yourself." She replied. "Your nothing special. I always bring home strays." She smiled and tossed in, mostly for the fun of it, "most of them die after a week."

Actually, she did often help people break rules, but she lied on that last bit. She always brought home stray animals (never people) but she was very good with animals and they always lived a well life with her around. Deg hated her animals, let alone her bringing home friends.

"Your just the first one I've found today." They reached a back exit into a teachers parking lot. "They watch the front exits." She explained, and puched open the door for him.

Aerisi Sitira - July 13, 2004 12:01 AM (GMT)
“Thanks” He stepped outside; making a note of his surroundings, this exit would prove useful in the future. “Well, I guess I’ll see you around,” he smiled, “Rebel” and turned, he lived in the bad end of town, and it wasn’t like he had anyone forcing him to be here… or was it, there was that presence. He felt it growing closer, like some sort of guardian, but malign.

He would not dwell on it, he walked past a teacher’s car making a mental scratch in the paintwork, deep and gouging, exposing the metal underneath. He wasn’t sure if she was watching him leave, or if she would be punished for helping him escape. It mattered not, he was round the corner now, out of sight, time to fly away. Well figuratively. He held out his arm and knocked a cyclist off their ride, and stole it. Just to assert himself, he would give this to one of the street kids he only need it to get home now, to cool off his temper.

But first he would have to use some rage to remodel his building…
