I met a few people at MSA who have heard of AFI, and a couple more who actually listen to 'em! AFI, which stands for A Fire Inside, has been 'round for over a decade and, in my opinion, are one of the better punk groups out there. Their lyrics are poetic and their music, emotional. Plus they just kick butt! :w00t: Their newest album is called Sing The Sorrow and is a must-have for all the punkies out there! :D If anyone else around here loves AFI as much as I do, feel free to reply and rave! ^_^

YES! A.F.I. rocks. That's really all I have to say about the matter. Anyone who's only listened to "Sing the Sorrow" should check out their album before that, "The Art of Drowning." I don't like their older stuff much at all, though—the new stuff just has better production values and better arrangements...
Meh, I like most of their older stuff, although I do listen to the newer albums a bit more. Yeah, the Art of Drowning was great. Sing The Sorrow is still my fave! It brought out the poet in me!
