This report came to us on March 4, 2005 7:45 PM we are still conducting an investigation on this. So please come back and see if the final version has been posted. Below is the first report sent to us by the witness. Thank you.
OUR UFO SIGHTINGS
On the evening of January 28th, 2005 (a Friday) I, my 18 yo son, 11 yo son, 10 yo daughter as well as her 9 yo friend, were driving SOUTH on Hwy . We were coming from our home near Deleted, Qc, on our way to my parents home in Deleted, Qc. The time was 6:30 pm. The sky was cloudless, it was crisp and very cold.
As I approached the exit at Mont Bleu Blvd in Deleted, I noticed a bright light to the west. It seemed to be traveling parallel with my car, about 500 feet in the air. At first I thought it was a plane, but, even though it was going very fast, it was NOT disappearing from our view. I actually pulled the car over to the shoulder of the road to get a better look. It then darted off very quickly in a southerly direction. It also had some kind of a jet like trail, that went WITH the object, it didn’t stay behind as a normal jet’s trail might.
At 7:30 pm, my 18 yo (Deleted) and I went out on my parents 7th floor balcony to have a cigarette. As we were out there, the moon became EXTREMELY large, and EXTREMELY red in color…blood red! It then proceeded to ‘change’ shapes, from a HUGE round ball, to an elongated egg shape (horizontally). From the bottom of the moon, suddenly it appeared to DROP down and then back UP, at which time a red, tear drop shaped ‘flame-like’ thing appeared to drop off the bottom of the moon! Following this episode, there appeared a huge black thick line across the bottom of the moon. Next thing that happened, the moon became really clear, white…a normal full moon.
As we were awestruck by this apparition, the sky seemed filled with triangular shaped objects moving in all directions. At least 3 of them flew directly overhead, we could see the bottoms of these triangular vehicles. They had a white light in the top corner, and each side corner had a red light blinking. In the underbelly, there was a HUGE white beam of light. We watched these things off and on until 10 pm.
At that time, again we went out to smoke and see if there was anything else to see in the skies.
We weren’t disappointed! There were at least 20 of these vehicles flying and circling all around. I might add, there was NO sound that we could hear.
Then, to the East of us, Deleted (18 yo) and I both noticed at the same time, a HUGE boomerang-shaped object. It had red, blue, red blue, then a bank of white lights, and red, blue lights at the outer corner of the boomerang!
To the LEFT of this object, were 2 huge white, perfect circles, appearing to be about 2 feet apart. At this point, I was SO curious, I told the children we were leaving, to go see what these things were.
We went down to the parking lot to get the car, and could no longer see what we were then calling the ‘mother ship’ (for lack of a better term).
We continued on to the hwy , heading north back to our home. This is the direction that we saw this huge thing, and the 2 white lights in the sky.
The mother ship object couldn’t be seen at this point. However, the 2 white lights COULD. As we went down the highway, it flew RIGHT OVER OUR HEADS! The best way to describe what we saw is that it looked like a BIG square dumbbell! It continued flying about 50 feet above our heads, straight down hwy North. I tried to catch up to it, but before I could, it flew over the mountain top, and disappeared in the forest. At this point, I continued to drive, until I approached the 1st hwy exit to Deleted, Qc. There are a few amber colored street lights to mark the exit off this major hwy.
As I approached this exit, I suddenly became confused. Ahead of us (this is a divided, 4-lane hwy, running North\South) we could see what looked like amber flames, thousands of flames ON the roadway! We could see flashing red, blue and white lights, ON the ground. We could see that there appeared to be ONCOMING Southbound traffic in our Northbound lane. I stopped, just at the beginning of the exit for Deleted. I remarked to the kids that I would take this and go home by the old hwy N, to avoid being caught in this traffic accident, as it appeared that the road seemed to be closed, and that there was a LOT of heavy traffic backed up.
Suddenly, the ‘air’ (or whatever it was) cleared, (it seemed almost as though we were looking thru heatwaves, or water) and we could ALL see there was absolutely NOTHING on the roadway…no accident, no police cars, no flames…nothing!!!!
It left us shaken, and a bit confused.
We continued home after getting out of the car to examine things, and after seeing nothing else out of the ordinary, continued to our home.
Upon arrival at the turn off to my home, we (5 of us in the car) saw some type of craft HOVERING over our house!! It was triangular, dark in color, with lights at each corner of the triangle. Red, Blue, White. The ship suddenly started moving over our heads, approximately 50 feet up! It shone a bright beam of light from the center (underbelly) at us as we yelled at it. (we are quite adventurous and wanted it to land!). It continued across the highway, and over the mountains.
Since this time, we have witnessed many and varied ufo shapes. I don't know what is going on and I want to know if anyone else has seen these things?

Mysterious object seen flying over Manitoba
A group of southern Manitobans witnessed a strange sight in the sky over the weekend. Three residents of Piney claim they saw a shiny object three times the size of a jetliner, with a pointed end and no wings.
"It was silvery, tubular-shaped, with some odd protrusions on either side, and it flew overhead very silently," Ufology Research of Manitoba member Chris Rutkowski told Canada AM. His organization tracks UFO sightings in Canada.
The three observers watched for about 20 seconds as the object flew past them. They had a camera but were reportedly so amazed they forgot to take any pictures.
"They said it definitely was not an aircraft in their opinion, and they tend to see a lot of aircraft," Rutkowski said.
