This is probably one of the most innovative films ever to come out on the subject of Alien Abudction. Milla Jovovich puts on a great perfomance as usual and the film has already cause controversy over the validity of whether it's actually based on real cases or not. As a film maker I couldn't decide myself if the alleged home movie footage was authentic, so will sit on the fence and wait till it's on DVD and re examine.

However it has no flying saucers or cgi or rubber puppet aliens what so ever otherwise I wouldn't bother writing this.

I have observed that the phenomenon in Nome, Alaska is not unique as in Scotland we have the case of Rev Robert Kirk of Aberfoyle who wrote in 1680 the Secret Commonwealth of Elves Fauns and Faries based on his contact with the Fairy folk. He disappeared in the end, trapped in fairy land - you can google him and his book is still available in libraries in old english.

There can be a lot of similarities behind the Nome cases and those of the Mothman Prophecies story in Point Pleasant West Virginia of the 60's.

In my opinion the abduction reports were not by extraterrestrials from another planet - they were carried out by those known as the Annunaki, Jinn or Fallen Angels. They don't need spaceships, they have been here longer than we have and can take any shape or form they wish. They could be compared to being like a car battery and we humans have the energy of a small circular watch battery which is why when we encounter these beings - our electro magnetic system gets overloaded causing madness, suicide depression and anxiety - as was the case in Nome. It may be that the Jinn are not necesarriy Evil, their power is just too strong for the human body to take / interact with.

Anyway folks, go see the film - you won't be disappointed!
