Hiya group, found this article at UFOCASEBOOK unfortunately the witness does not give his name or contact details. Did anybody else witness this sighting?

Scotland-Multiple Objects Observed
08-17-08-I would like to report a UFO sighting I had on Sunday 17th August 2008, around 12.30 am in Bonnyrigg, Midlothian Scotland. I was driving along a street in Bonnyrigg when I noticed 2 bright lights up in the sky, they were very close together which made me take notice. I stopped the car and got out along with another 3 passengers so we could get a better view, and the 2 objects which were shaped like a football and about the same size and were white/orange coloured came flying through the sky towards us.
They were travelling at fast speed with no noise whatsoever, and when they got closer they split up and one went to the right of us and the other to the left, after they had passed us for approximately a hundred yards they just seemed to disappear. When we turned forward them again there was approximately another 10-12 objects coming towards us in clumps and they did exactly the same thing as the first 2 when they got closer some went to the right and some to the left then disappeared.

I do have a video footage of one of the objects although it was taken with a camera so it is not very long and quality not brilliant, but you can clearly see a small object flying through the sky. I have been waiting to hear if there was any other sightings or some reasonable explanation for this but have not as yet heard anything. W. P. source: www.ufocasebook.com
