Description: pop pop pop!

Tell me, gents, should I purchase this game? I've been reading lovely things about it, but was slightly underwhelmed by the OPS2 mag demo about a month ago (yes, I know, but I really liked the look of the demo disk). I mean, it had some lovely ideas, but the camera was all messed up for one thing, and it just felt slightly, y'know, hmmm, and stuff. Anyway, I turn to YOU to guide me. GUIDE ME DAMN IT!

You could buy it, and then if you don't like it you could take it back.

I could do that, but then I'd have to buy it from somewhere like Game, where it would probably set me back £40, as opposed to the £30 places like cd-wow are selling it for. Hmmm?

You could kill everyone that you know and love with a hammer, that might be at lot more 'visceral' than this 'wideo jame'.

Oh sod it, I went and bought it anyway (it was only £20 in Game, after all) and would highly reccomend it. The best game I've played on my PS2 for some time. Seriously, it's quite lovely, and it is the duty of each and every one of you to go out and buy a copy - I will cry if it doesn't sell well enough to warrant a sequel, so get to work, humble citizen!

It... it was only 20 quid?

Virgin are no longer my friends.

Though they did let me swap Manhunt for XIII today, just because I think Manhunt is too grim and too scary and too violent and I don't like it one bit. I'm sure it's excellent if you're made of stronger stuff than I, though.

My review of PoP: ON THIS WEBSITE THAT I WRITE FOR SOMETIMES.
