They cost £10 all in (£12.60 if you're a foreign, because of the extra postage) and you can give your spesh friend username as a "discount code" for 10% off.* If you registered but didn't pay to be a spesh friend, no discount, you eel.

The slightly curious stock levels for most sizes are because we ordered exactly the number people asked for, with a TINY margin of error (ie, to cope with some bloke two days after the printing deadline saying, "Okay, I'm ready now"). It's first come, first served though. (Hey, we didn't ask for a deposit or anything.)
