Title: The Spoon
Description: It's back - and better than ever!

I doubt anyone here has even been to The Spoon, but you should, because it's great and myself and Bad Ambassador write it. It's also great!
The Spoon!Spread the word, man!

I've been to The Spoon before and always thought it was rather smashing. The new version looks as great as a can of Tip Top too. (Rene, it is I, [psycho]logical.)

Your review of Silent Hill 2 neglected the alternative control method, which works properly, unlike the Resident Evil-esque atrocity set up by default.
Also, I'd like more eight hundred page reviews and mouse clicking.
Bad Ambassador - October 6, 2003 05:29 PM (GMT)
It is indeed the best website ever. Better than Spong, even.

I can't remember writing a Silent Hill review. Did I like it?

Not ever so: 6/10. Which is fair enough, but "One of the main gripes with Silent Hill 2 is the horrible Resident Evil-esque control system." seems a little unfair when it gives you the option of a perfectly workable Ico-type alternative. Except not as good as Ico, natch, due to the slightly naff camera.
I wouldn't give it more than 7/10 myself, on the grounds that it thinks it's scary but it isn't.

I thought it was really scary, actually.
But I dread to read my review now - it is probably crap.

This feels like dangerously familiar ground. ;)

Bad Ambassador - November 3, 2003 06:10 PM (GMT)
I think everyone with even the vaguest hint of a personality has been banned from 'vgamin'. Let's face it, it's not the type of place you want to feel accepted in.

I want to be accepted there. Who wouldn't? I mean, it's only people who run tedious, generic gaming websites who make it into the industry!

And that's why the games industry is about as exciting as a runner bean.

Would this be a runner bean dressed up in a novelty jogger's outfit, complete with miniature headband? Because that's actually quite interesting!

I go jogging with him every day! Obviously, being a bean, he can't really keep up with me, and I've trodden on him more times than I can count. But we're still great mates!

Even after you trod on him? That bean must be one heck of a generous guy.
