I probably should know this but....

Does the post count update as you make a post or does it update later?

When I logged in, my post count was 8. This is the 4th post (If I counted right) that I've made since, and it still says 8. (Yeah, I just want to get across the lake--I can't swim and I'm deathly afraid of giant squids--however I hear it makes for excellent calamari lol)


*edit*...after I made this post, it changed to 9. Maybe I'm just insane ROFL

*another edit* I just made 2 posts at Zonko's and it still says 9. Maybe I'm not insane. *cancels reservation for a room next to Lockhart*

Zonko's Joke Shop hasn't got post count on, so that's why your post count didn't go up when you posted there. :wink:

Michelangelo is correct. Due to the fact that Zonko's is a spam forum, posting in there will not raise your post count. :) I also understand your want to get a new user title and be in a new rank, but while you are aiming for that, just keep in mind Quality > Quantity.
