With work starting on the next Potter film, Newsround can exclusively reveal that the part of Cedric Diggory will be played by teenager Robert Pattinson.
The news was revealed by his acting agency. Robert, who is from London, is a strapping 6ft 1.

Like Cedric he's a highly skilled sportsman, taking part in everything from football and athletics to skiing and snowboarding.

But he's also reportedly an excellent musician playing guitar and keyboards.

Love rival

Goblet won't be his first film, he'll be appearing in the movie of Vanity Fair playing Rawdy Crawley and a German film called Kingdom In Twilight.

As well as stage roles in Macbeth, Anything Goes and Tess of the D'Urbevilles.

Just depends where you look Liam...
Be sure he would have had SOME experiance...just a tad of course to get the part...as we all know the trio didnt have much and they got the parts.
