As you know, we've changed the user groups from post ranking to Houses. We're still tweaking this and trying to finish. We're rushing to do this and sometimes don't notice when a user group tab is set where that group can't see the board.

This is the problem. Please post here if your friend can't view the board. ^_^

This is just the correct place for questions like that. Unsorted people have very limited privileges to start new topics - practically only at help forums; but we HAD a minor glitch with permissions, so You should be able to start new topic at help forum now.

hey, that guest about this post was me, Hermione, and this is me again, i'm having trouble for some reason signing in. I get to the page i type in everything..it says "now logging hermione in" or something like that and then it brings me back to the boards but not logged in. any idea why?

My first impalse is to make sure your privacy setting is set to low under the tools, internet options page. Also it could be a glich, we need a admin. Also try going to the quick log in at the bottom of the main page.
