Title: Delayed...

After hitting a good streak in mapping...

My computer has become nonoperational. I can't continue very quickly until I remedy the situation, seeing as my father's comp is under a lot of use nowadays...

For the record, yes, I am using my father's comp for this. And don't worry. The new levels are backed up on one of my three thumb drives. No problem with lost work.

Wow, you've been gone for awhile now...Glad to see ya. I'm liking the last screens you posted. Hopefuly you can get your comp working. Mine died just two days ago for trying to load risen3d on my very old laptop while trying to turn down the volume, then trying to shut it down, then loosing my power (pulled battery). Now the boot don't work, but hopefuly yours is something simpler. I can't wait for another release.

I've been around, just a little bit of a lurking here and there. The new version, actually the first official alpha (the others were pre-alpha releases), will include the new Super Cycloptis that was released a while ago. It's already in the .wad file. As for level progress, I'm currently done completely with E1M1's remake. E1M2 is probably about halfway through, though 40% is probably a closer estimate. I will release the new version when I finish E1M2 and E1M9. E1M9 shouldn't take long, I have it all planned already, the problem being that I'll need a computer with which to map. I was also working on a CONSBACK image for COFP, but it apparently doesn't fit the palettes and is just a blur. It'll probably have to wait.

As for my comp's problems, it's like this: It's a laptop, ancient though it may be. The keyboard and mouse are long since toast, and the mouse port was gone soon after. The only way I've kept it running to date is that I've had a wireless setup hooked up to the USB. Now it looks like the USB is fried. So, though my hard drive is amazingly still functional, it is basically impossible to get anything out of it. I'll probably just end up pulling the hard drive out and shopping for another computer. That's a problem when you don't have a job, and your entire life's savings is less than half what it costs for even the most basic computers... I'm hoping to possibly remedy the situation slightly by attempting to publish one of the books I've written, but even that might take a while.

Hmm, I know what you mean. But that happened to my originally win3.1 pc that wouldn't work because the only monitor port got a broken pin after trying to fix the old sound blaster card. I like writing, try to get the book published!
The consback...Wait, you're using legacy. Okay, thats one project not planned to convert to GZDooM. *check* ^_^

Too much work. I'll make another pack for GZDoom.
