There is a problem with Legacy running the Generation Two project. Now, whenever I press the switch to end Level One, the Legacy program glitches. Why? There is simply too much data in the .wad file. GZdoom has no such problem. However, the Generation Two wad itself has a very anomylous glitch, one that I eliminated weeks ago in Legacy. I need Boingo to switch to GZdoom, because until then, I am afraid I will have to replace the Chex Quest one and two levels with dummy levels similar to Boingo's dummy levels that force Legacy to end. This will save space and allow me to continue working on my mod while Boingo works on the GZdoom version of TUCQ.
Have you seen the GZDooM patch created by SuperChex? It fixes most things, but I would rather wait for a wad with all of this included, plus the maps and textures. I can't download it, but maybe you can. If you can, could you post it on filefront? I do think waiting for GZDooM is a good Idea though.
To quote Lucius Octavion: "gzdoom owns everyone."
GZdoom is probably the best engine for Generation Two right now, because it has all of those marines that have the option of being "friendly," and...you'll see... :ph43r:
Oh, no. I don't want to see what your gonna do with them.
