Alright, I'm starting a Zorcher Resource wad. For Zdoom. (What a creative name, i know). If any one is interested. Please make a Zorcher that uses Decorate function! (I'll do the decorate function for you if you want.) Or if you have a idea, Let me know!

Hmm... Perhaps a conversion of the Railgun from Skulltag?

If you don't know what that is, then it is a weapon that uses Phasing Zorch Ammo. 10 per shot. It's pretty powerful, but not powerful enough to kill a Maximus in one hit. The railgun (or Beam Zorcher) drills through the enemy and continues, damaging anything behind the first enemy until the shot hits a wall. :ph43r: :flemoid

I dont want to take a Doom weapon. I want Zorchers made to be Zorchers. Not doom weapons.

Zorchers were originally Doom weapons.
And the railgun isn't a Doom weapon. It's a Skulltag weapon.
I say we should have a railgun like zorcher!

No, you haven't played doom have you? Zorchers are ChexQuest Zorchers! Their not taken't from doom. I'll say this once. If your interested, They must be original zorchers made by you. Not stolen Doom weapons form differant mods. <_<

ZorchDude is 100% right. Zorchers were, indeed converted from Doom.

• The Bootspoon was converted from the Doom fist.
• The Bootspork was converted from the Doom chainsaw.
• The Mini-zorcher was converted from the Doom pistol.
• The Large Zorcher was converted from the Doom shotgun.
• The Rapid Zorcher was converted from the Doom chaingun.
• The Zorch Propulsor was converted from the Doom rocket launcher.
• The Phasing Zorcher was converted from the Doom plasma gun.
• The LAZ Device was converted from the Doom BFG 9000.

slimeinator did not suggest ripping the railgun from Skulltag. He said conversion. Conversion. Like Charles Jacobi did. He never suggested ripping a weapon from Skulltag and putting it in Chex Quest. He said converting it. It will be his own creation.

The railgun is not a skulltag weapon. It's a Quake weapon.

I knew it was a Quake weapon, but I'm not familiar with Skulltag, myself. :P

could there be a zorcher that has a secondary fire? like that halo weapon that fires a shot, but can be a mele attack up close...a crystal zorcher? (zorcher made of sharp crystal)

Sure, I was thinking about the sord i made. And have a secondary shoot for a slash.
