Lately I've found a very addicting and fun program called pivot. Where you use stick figures and other things to make a video. You Tube won't upload .piv or .gif and those are the only two I can figure out how to save them as. Does somone no how to put it up on YouTube?

You gotta open it up in Movie maker.

Only recently? Gawd, you're slow.

Those .gif isn't even a video format, and I think .piv must be a config file that is exclusive to the program called pivot. Gif is an image format, not video.
