guys i cant get newmap to work i downloaded 10.5 but it claims there is no files in the folder so i downloaded 10. this also will not work i set it up i t starts the game you see the black wall and it turns off what the flip is going on

Could you be more specific? Like, where did you put the files, and did you tell the Legacy Launcher where to find them?

okay i get it to work somewhat i can play all the levels except the first levels of each world

Beta 10.5 works just fine for me, so I have to assume he's set it up incorrectly somehow. However, it is beyond explanation for me why he can't play the first levels of each episode. Mabey the system requirements are too high for him? Because the first level of each episode are also the levels that start with cut-screens (there a few others here and there, though).

10.5 wouldnt download properly for me but my internet kept getting unplugged

Huh... mabey you need a download manager? What happened where the download wouldn't work? And why do you want a version without the cut-screens? They probably don't add too much to the file size, since they aren't physical videos, but just scripts that tell Legacy where to move things and such (am I right, xbolt?).

no i said without the cut scense so maybe i could play the first levels and whats a download manager

A download manager is a very handy thing if you have lousy internet. It allows you to start and stop most downloads at will. I use
Free Download Manager.
You say you can't play just the first levels? If it is cutscene related, you shouldn't be able to run just about all of episode III. Try running E3M3 and see what happens.

Aha... OK. Try deleting your Legacy folder, (Make sure you make backups of all the WADs in there first!) and re-download Legacy.

i didnt download legacies i got it with tucq so i dont know where to get it is it possibble to use newmaps through zdoom
